Jerry's the best!

I have been going to Jerry for about a year now. In that year I have been through about 20 different cuts, colors, and styles and thanks to Jerry I have loved them all! I like to change my hair often and he is always up for the challenge. I recently went from blonde highlights to dark brown, my most drastic color change yet, and he made the transition easy. Shapes also allowed me to bring in my cheerleading team for a day of pampering and team building. The kids enjoyed the day and the staff was very patient with them. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome esthetician and brazilian waxing Priti Patel

A friend recommended her to me for brazilian waxing. I also read her reviews on city search and decided to try her .She is awesome, professional and quick. She spoke to me through the entire prcodeure and we were done. No hair left done in 20 mins. She uses hard wax which in my opinion hurts less then the soft wax. I gave her a try for my facials, she has not disappointed me,. She won best of the best esthetician in charlotte . You will return to her.

I love this place

I really had a great time at Shapes. It was a little hard to find but once I found it I couldn't believe how beauitful the place was and how nice everyone was. I had my hair colored and cut with BJ and it looks amazing. I had a manicure and Pedicure with Maureen. Best one I ever had. I will Def be going back to Shapes for all my services.

I love this place. everyone is friendly and professional. The staff was very knowledgable about the products. I liked that i was able to get right in and didn't have to wait, she got right to me. They give you hand scrubs and arm massages, no where else i went has done this!! I loved my Color, I was advised that it was the newest trend in fall colors. I loved my hair cut too. Definitely check this place out!

Best Place Ever!!!

I have been to other Salons and Spas but this one is by far the best one i have found. It exceeded my expectations and is such a hidden secret. The staff is warm and welcoming and you feel wanted when you walk in. The decor is beautiful and inviting. I had a mothers day spa day given to me by my husband and I didn't want to leave when everything was over. They catered lunch in between my services and everything was classy and well organized. They even gave me a free Shampoo blowdry after my spa services. I highly recommand this place to any and everyone!!! two thumbs up!!!

OVERPRICED

This place it terrible. I have been there twice because of their deep discount flyers. While the place is beautiful inside do not be fooled. Both times there was an almost completley new staff & I only went 6 months apart. They made mistakes in my spa app'ts TWICE and were very snooty about it. Not a comfortable vibe at all. With so much competition why waste my spa dollars here. Doesnt matter how beautiful the decor is if I dont feel beautiful & comfortabale by the time I leave my appts. I hhave never had their wax services just spa/Hair app'ts.

Best Wax

As a very particular waxing customer after having lived in both Brazil and then New York City, I found Priti at Shapes after having gone through several other Charlotte salons. I could not express my delight when I learned how meticulous she is about removing every hair, in addition to the fact that she uses the correct wax for different and specific types of skin. After having found Priti I no longer regret having left either of my favorite cities. I would recommend her to anyone and have even taken a first timer to her as well who is now a repeat waxer and customer.

I highly recommend Priti for all your waxing needs!! I recently went to Shapes Salon to get a brazilian for the first time and I was very nervous at first. Then when I met Priti she immediately made me feel comfortable throughout the short wax session talking me through every step. I would absolutely recommend Priti for anyones first experience waxing and there after!

Great stylist and great dermabrasion

I bounced around from stylist to stylist before I found Rebecca at Shapes. She has just moved there from another salon and I followed her. She is a professional in every way and really listens to you when you describe how you want your hair shaped. I seem to overextend my trims and yet I am still complemented weeks after my cut. I highly recommend her!

I have also had a massage at this salon and it was very relaxing.

Priti is a wonderful facial and dermabrasion expert. She treated me to a free eyebrow threading (I usually wax) and she was a expert in skin care. I plan to go back soon. She knew exactly what my problems were and I felt that she treated me even better than my dermatologist! I can also highly recommend her too!

Brazilian Wax- So Fast!

I highly recommend Dee for all waxing!!

I was referred to Dee, by a coworker, to get my very first Brazilian wax.

I was nervous and a little scared. She immediately made me comfortable as she explained everything she would do and what to expect.

Before I new it she was done....I was Out of there in less than 15 minutes!!! I was so impressed I also had her do my Brows...they were amazing!!

Excellent Service Just One Individual!!!

Priti is excellent! She is super nice and extremely concerned about her clients! I switched to her after another person was unavailable and I pray she never leaves Shapes! I highly recommend her for waxing and threading!
