Wonderful service and workmanship!!

Awesome customer service. I do not like the treatment I get as a woman at most auto establishments. These guys explain everything in detail and are very well versed in adapting to a woman's lack of knowledge. I had asked for an alignment when my car had a wobble, they explained that is not what I needed and saved me money and educated me on some of the basics of the car on a fancy computer in the lobby. I would suggest this business to all women who get tired of being talked down to at other establishments. Very good pricing, great customer service, and honesty unmatched these days.

Excellent service with fair pricing.

Excellent...... Was shopping for brakes, stopped in Steele Creek and was quoted $200, for a basic brake service. I stopped in Arowinds and they were $129. Explained the service, and the premium pads. They showed me the issues with my car and explained everything on an interactive computer. I know nothing about cars but Jesse and Del (?) were great. They replaced my brakes for 75% of the competition with bendix ( I researched, they are great) and I got a NATIONWIDE warranty. The owners were cool, fair price and super clean waiting area.... was kinda warm that day though... All my work will be done here.

WOW..... What a change......

I have used this shop for the last few years. I never had a problem, but the customer service was never outstanding and a bit slow. I was in last week and was amazed. The business has new owners and the two guys are great. They were extremely helpful, and I was in and out in 45 minutes, where in the past it would have taken the entire day for my van. I would strongly suggest giving this place a try, great service and very reasonable rates. I called them back for a tire quote and they beat the Goodyear in Lake Wylie by 30%.... WOW !!!!!!!!! Tops on my list.....

my first choice

We've been using this firm since 1991 and we're very satisfied. They do the regular maintenance, repairs and new tires for our auto and truck. Skilled and friendly professtionals. I like the fact that this company is a Goodyear Gemini dealer which I can depend on for quality work and their guarantee. A busy shop with me as a happy

customer or I wouldn't be writing this.
