My dog has been groomed by Dog's Best Friend since Sept. '02. I have never had a bad experience with this groomer. I found them when recommended by a friend after a disastrous grooming experience with a local competitor. Contrary to other reviews, this place is not dirty or unsanitary. Nor is it a "cha-cha" place. It is just what it is supposed to be - a place to get have your pet groomed. If you're looking for the equivalent of an upscale salon then this place is not for you. If you want a place that does at good job at a reasonable price, a place that treats your pet with love and respect, a place that knows the difference between a good looking building and a good looking dog, then look no further. I adore my dog and would put him in no other hands than these for his grooming needs. And just don't take my word for it either - check out their reviews on Angie's List . You won't find a more recommended groomer in Charlotte.
Pros: Great Service, Great Job, Loves My Dog
Cons: a little farther from home that I'd prefer - but with service like this, who cares!

THIS PLACE IS OLD AND UNSANITARY, DON'T BRING YOUR DOG THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING FLEAS HOME.GROSS!

Your pet will be given gentle and careful grooming by a own personal groomer, and they are specialist in sweet-talk and beautiful work. Your pet will walk in with tail wagging, and walk out with tail wagging.
Pros: Clean, friendly, professional, polite, gentle grooming,customer and pet friendly.

I normally don't write reviews... but this groomer lives by it's name! I'm impressed with the professionalism of the company and yet the loving and caring attitude towards our four legged friends. This one is a keeper and I'll gladly pass on a good word to all my k9 & feline loving friends!
Pros: Friendly staff, great care of animals - must stop by to see for yourself!
Cons: None that I can think of!

Avoid this place at all cost!!! They will hurt your dog. Mine had cuts and scrapes all over her. After talking to several people about my horrible experience, they all had the same thing to say about them. They should be shut down. Any business that cared about the animals would not hurt them. After telling them what happened, didn't even get an apology!!!
