Awful Customer Service !!!! Watch Out !!

I had been getting food delivered to my work place from this business for a while and was shocked and dismayed when a billing issue destroyed what credibility I had in this business. The issue stemmed from being double charged for a delivery order and the business WOULD NOT budge in giving me an immediate return. I was asked to wait for an entire month for a bank statement proving that I was double charged. One: I was told that it was my word against theirs, and TWO: I was told that it was fine if I didn't do business with them in the future.

Terrible !! Watch out for this business !! I work for a large company and I will definately spread the word that this is a business NOT to order from or patron.

If you EAT here you will get sick

I have eating here at LOTUS Chinese Cuisine few time and even order foods to be delivery at my home. On September 20, 2009 I order two lunches and one of the lunch was an old food. The rice was slimy, tasted spoil and smell bad. I call the restaurant and ask to speak to Manager and the person who answer the phone and said she was the manager. When I try to explain that the food they brought to my house was spoil, she hang-up the phone on me. I call back and she hang-up again. This happens about four times, 30 mins. Later I stated to fell sick and remember that I am a nursing mother.

I’m new here to the charlotte area and I know that I will not eat at LOTUS Chinese Cuisine again. I’m on my way to the Doctor because I want to be sure that my baby do not get sick too since he’s still nursing and I have already throwup twice.

been eating there for 10 years its all right, Golden Taipei up the road is better but Lotus is cheaper and delivers.

Always Consistent and great food

I have been ordering from this restaurant since 1998 and have never had a single problem. We eat from here at least once a month. My order is always correct, food is always piping hot, delivery is always ahead of time. We love the sesame chicken, crispy scallion chicken, and the shrimp egg foo young.

Great food & service!

I have been ordering from Lotus for over 5 years! They have consistently delivered fresh, hot and delicious food. It ALWAYS arrives before the amount of time they estimate. I have only had one situation where something was incorrect and they immediately took care of it and gave me a nice credit for my next order. Very pleasant staff! Highly recommend!

Best Chinese food in Charlotte!!

Wonderful food, friendly staff, whats not to love, I won't eat at any other Chinese food in Charlotte. The best part is that thay also deliver and are very affordable, giving you lots of food for the money. I recommend the diced chicken and shrimp(if you like it spicy) with the house rice, a great dish.Once you eat there you won't want to go anywhere else!!

Those lucky enough to live within 5 miles of Harris Boulevard West can have food delivered right to their door. For everyone else, it's worth the trip. The crispy scallion chicken is known across town as the best in Charlotte, while the hot and sour soup and Szechuan chicken are perfect for those who like their Chinese food with a substantial zing. The steamed vegetables diet menu is a perfect collection of low calorie treats.

GREAT restaurant!!!

i just found lotus cuisine, and i WILL be going back. the staff was polite and friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic! the eggrolls were crisp and flavorful, and the sesame chicken was just sweet enough- not overpowering like some places. not to mention, the dinner combinations are a great deal- a lot of food for the price. comes with entree, fried rice, and eggroll... this place is wonderful!!!!
