very rude cashier that very day

We usually come here since we moved from Arizona to NC. We really love Vietnamese soup/noodles. Have invited some friends to dine there with us and they loved the food as well. But more often than not we are not satisfied with the service. They are soo slow taking the orders. And just recently, we went there for buffet and the lady on the register even charged my 23 month old baby as an adult. Can you believe that? She was sooooo hungry with money that even an infant has to pay...they don't have milk on the buffet table anyway nyahahaha....and told her why i should pay her for the milk i brought myself.....We all agreed (all 15 of us) that we are not going to come back to this restaurant anymore......geeeeeeezzzzzzzzz......
