Consistently Great Pizza. Each time I go to Brixx I have a great experience. The waitstaff is as friendly as they need to be for a quick in and out pizza joint and the food is above par. They do have a fairly decent selection of items on the menu, but I never stray away from the pizza.

If you can't decide which of the specialty pizzas to chose from, you can create your own with the toppings that they have...well, at least I have managed to do so a few times; not really sure it's an advertised option. Also if you can't decide what pizza you want, you can split the pizza in half with two different kinds. An awesome idea and that's not really advertised either.

Most of the Brixx I have been to have a decent beer selection and have a MBA (master(s) in beer consumption type club) where you can try out many different beers and get credit for them. Seems to be trend that is catching on more with other restaurants, but this was one of the first ones that I have seen.

All in all, each location of Brixx is consistent in what they produce and although the atmospheres differ from location to location, the pizza remains the same. Great. Definitely try the Buffalo Chicken pizza and for the old fashioned pizza lovers, straight up Pepperoni and Cheese is money.

Love it!. Brixx Pizza isn't what comes to mind when I am thinking "pizza," however their unique style is hard to beat. I have fallen in love with the Bronx Bomber and while trying others from time to time, I always go back to the Bronx. Their pizzas are one of a kind with a style that is unlike others. Great atmosphere for a casual night out with friends, family, or a date. I have visited most of the locations in Charlotte and the service is great across the board at all of them. If you are new to Charlotte, you really must try Brixx and add it to your list of favorites!

Brixx!. Brixx has some excellent food. Would definitely recommend for a date or just a casual night out! Service is excellent, and the pizza is unique to Charlotte. It isn't the same stuff you get everwhere else. Have been to this location only once, but it was well worth the visit.

Casual atmosphere to enjoy serve up brick-over pies and draft microbrews.. In Short
The patio, where folks stare at customers in envy as they sit in Scott Avenue traffic, is a good place to kick back with a gourmet, brick-oven pie and a draft microbrew. There are pasta items on the menu, but the pizza is the choice item. The Mexican pizza is a good choice, with chunks of tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream in the middle. On Sundays kids 3-12 can design their own pizzas.

Brixx is my fave!. Love love love this place! Brixx salad a must - best to split this and a pizza with someone for a excellent, well proportioned meal. The Chicken Florentine pizza is super yum, so is the spicy shrimp, and oh, the chicken bbq - wow! Awesome, diverse beer selection - lots of microbrews and imports. Brioxx is a regular weekly thing for me and many of my friends :-)

swanky pizza. Its okay pizza if this is what you are in the mood for. Its more like an open-faced quesedilla. Wafer-thin crispy crust with nontraditional ingredients. If you are a NY pizza lover, then this is not your place. I had the taco pizza, which was decent, but I just didn't love it. I wasn't thrilled - it just wasn't anything special. It is on the expensive side as well.

Brixx. I come from up north and have yet to find truely great pizza in NC. I have tried Brixx four times since I have arrived here in NC. I was hoping it would be comparable to my favorite pizza in Pittburgh, Il Pizzaiolo. Unfortunately, it did not come close. I will have to say, Brixx makes a great Humus dip. I was disappointed in the toppings as they were not very good (the tomato and basil pizza had under ripe tomatos). The quest continues for great pizza.

Not my kind of pizza. I work nearby and had lunch there with a friend. The pizza was fair but I like a more traditional style pizza. The salad was very good but I htought everything was too pricey for what you get. I did not care for the crowded tables or the atmosphere. Too many yuppies for me!!
