Great ambiance, great drinks, good music, great for people watching

This place is got the best overall atmosphere from the huge beams (it is in an old factory) to the huge windows, to the comfortable club chairs.

• Pros: great location
• Cons: wish it was larger, needs more parking but does have valet

Hopping, high-class martini haunt where bartenders mix on one end, while DJs mix on the other.

The refined, stylish atmosphere, complete with velvet draperies, plush sofas and subtle lighting, sets this city favorite apart from the crowd. Though mostly an over-25 professional clientele, there's often a diverse crowd of Charlotteans dressed to impress and listening to the DJs spinning. For about $8, customers get their drink and--with what ends up being a second drink--the shaker. More than 40 selections of vodka are available, as is an appealing appetizer menu.

Coming from NYC and hearing all the glowing reviews about TM, I was disappointed to say the least. The crowd was decent (70% Male) but the techno music was awful. No one was dancing and everyone was just standing around waiting to get to the next drink. It was so loud with annoying synethesized music, I decided to leave at 1:00 when the crowd was already thinned out.

one of the best lounges in charlotte. Great martini's and good atmosphere. It gets a bit crowded late, and people start to get snooty, but overall its great!
