This hotel has done a fabulous job of upgrading it facities and services. They have added a private Executive floor with services you would only find at 5 star hotels like Ritz or Four Seasons. When you stay on the Executive floor you get your room cleaned twice each day, cordless phones, free high speed internet access , free use of the attached YMCA healthclub, and a private lounge with food and beverages to die for . When you really want the extra attention and VIP services I would highly recommend the Hilton's new Executive level rooms

Traveling Executive

When ever I travel to Charlotte I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel. Their mangement is always visble and ready to help and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Hotel guests have access to the attached YMCA which is a absolutely fabulous healthclub. Hilton recently added their sigature Sweet Dreams Beds which are the most comfortable I have seen in any hotel. This hotels special Executive club level has all the services any business traveler would need

For Service stay at the Hilton

I recently stayed at the Hilton Charlotte Towers during a business trip to the city. It was convenintly located to easily get anywhere you need to go in the city. There is a very large Private health club attached to the hotel with fantastic workout equipment, basketball courts , and olympic indoor swimming pool. The chef in the Union Grille restaurant offers some really great daily specials. The hotel's staff is very accomodating and friendly. This was one of the best full service national chain hotels that I have visited in many years
