These guys rock. They were EXTREMELY knowelgable. I've delt with other carpet cleaners. I have to say Professional Carpet Systems Of Lake Norman exceeded my every expectations. The guys in the field who do the work, and the office staff, I spoke to on the phone were easy to talk to, thorough and really wanted to make sure my needs were taken care of to complete satisfaction. I gave them 5 stars for thier level of competancy and customer service.
