Great Experience!

We spent quite a while searching for our new addition and finally found ABA's website.

What a great family run business Terry has! We are very impressed with our Malti-poo Charlie. He is so friendly to everyone, loves to cuddle, and is already housebroken! When he goes to the vet or the groomer he gives kisses to all the staff, they adore our Charlie! Thanks Terry for a great little puppy!

Puppy Mill

This dog is severely neglected and unable to do the smallest task: climb steps, chew pepperoni sticks, the awful smell of feces/urine is so strong on him that two baths did not remove it. It is embedded in his skin, (poor baby) and the hair on his feet was so matted that it looked like they were webbed together!!! Our groomer said it looked like someone did last minute scissor clippings of matted hair from his face and legs!!! We were highly disappointed...Do not purchase from this breeder!!!

I currently own one dog that I purchased from a different breeder. When I was ready to adopt a new pup, I searched and came upon aba kennels. After just looking at the puppies and family pictures, it was a done deal. I looked at the website every day and admired all the babies on there. When it was time for me to get #2, the process was very painless. I have been pleased with all email correspondence, and the one telephone conversation I have had with Terry. It is clear that he loves all his puppies very much. I have not yet brought my little boy home but can't wait for him to be a part of my family.

I have to say that this was the best experience in buying a pet I've ever had! Terry is the nicest person I've ever met!!! He communicated with me every step of my purchase. When it was time to pick up our little Toy Poodle he took the time to give me information on how to care for him and the very first night my pup slept through the night in his crate without problems!!! I could not believe how well Terry takes care of his puppies....I wish I could have met his late wife Judy because I heard so many wonderful things about her too........Terry and his family take very, very good care of their puppies and give them tons of affection!! Our little poodle came home giving kisses and just very affectionate! I would absolutely recommend to anyone to purchase your puppy from ABA Kennels.....My pup Jazz is now 11 weeks old and I couldnt be happier!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I spent many months looking at designer breeders. When I stumbled upon ABA kennels, I knew without a doubt this was where I would purchase my puppy.

At the first meeting with the breeder, I was impressed with the knowledge of the breeds and the reasons behind why he bread certain dogs. Each litter is carefully selected for by the breeder. When I arrived I was asked a series of questions; what size of dog, the sex, etc. From that the breeder then provided information about dog breeds that would incorporate into my lifestyle. When my puppy was in the nursery ABA provided weekly pictures and updates on my puppy's status. When I was finally able to bring my puppy home(he was 8.5wks), I was amazed at how he slept through the entire night. I cannot complain about his behavior in the slightest. I was astonished at how quickly he learned tricks and potty training was a breeze! My puppy is very inquisitive and intelligent; I have had numerous people stop me when on a walk or at the beach inquiring about where I purchased my dog. I will continue to recommend ABA, because they are simply the best! ABA's prices may be a little more expensive, but with a 2 year health guarantee and a quality dog it is worth the money!

My puppy is now 9 months old and I can say that owning a malti-poo has been one of the greatest experiences! So put your deposit down on a wonderful fur-ball of joy today!

Wonderful Kennel

We spent several weeks searching for a rescue and could not find a small dog anywhere. None of the rescue organizations responded to our e-mails and applications. They did not list phone numbers. Then we switched our search to find a designer dog breeder and located ABA. What a wonderful experience. Isabella, our malti-poo is two years old and has been an absolute delight. Easy to train, very friendly. Cute as a button! I still look at ABA's website every so often to admire all the beautiful puppies available there. Don't look any further for a great small dog with awesome service.

P.S. Very sadly, since we got Izzy, Judy has passed away. Terry and his family continue to run this wonderful kennel. While I know they are very sad, Judy has left them with a fabulous legacy to remember her by.

Puppies for Profit

If you're looking for a pure bred or "designer" puppy go to google and search for local rescue groups. You wouldn't believe the number of these types of dogs that are turned into rescue, even to local shelters. Yes, even the little fru-fru dogs get turned into shelters.

There are puppies and adult dogs waiting in rescue foster homes to be adopted. Dogs in shelters aren't so lucky. When their time runs out they get killed.

Did you know when you adopt one of these type dogs (or any other for that matter) from a shelter or rescue group that the fee INCLUDES spay/neuter? Fees at a shelter are rarely above $100. Fees at a rescue can go up to $200 but remember, that includes spay/neuter and usually the pet is microchipped.

Support a backyard breeder or adopt a rescue dog / shelter pet. The choice is yours.

Schnese Puppy

Our Schnese puppy Wrigley is such a delight! Today is her four month birthday - we've had her for two months now since we picked her up at 8 weeks exactly. She has wonderful temperament; she loves everyone and everyone loves her!

I have had my toy poodle for two months. He is doing great so far, very sweet, smart, and health. Though it took me hours of driving to get the puppy, I think everything worth it.Almost all of my friends that had seen him said he was a really great dog. If budget and time allowed, i would have bought another toy poodle from terry, so the brothers would stay together^^

I should have written this review and show my appreciation to terry long time ago. Because i have so much to thank for that i never thought i was prepared to write a review.

Thank you, Terry, for giving me such a great puppy and answering all my questions and concerns. I definitely will go to you again if i need a second, a third and even a forth puppy:)
