Excellent Car Buying Experience. I just recently bought a new Corolla from Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the Scott Clark staff. Sales Associate Curtis Lanier and Sales Manager Marty Abernathy bent over backwards to make sure every step of my car buying experience was excellent. Curtis has been my go to guy for Toyota's for a long time and has earned my business time after time. He knows the cars and will make it happen when you find what you want. He's a great guy that's not going to give you the run around. I just met Mr. Abernathy on this last purchase and I have to say he has gone the extra mile. Whatever is may be, he will take care of it for you. The great service doesn't stop when you sign and drive either, Marty's "after the sale customer service" can't be beat. Pete Acree - Super Service Advisor. Pete Acree has been my service advisor at Scott Clark for many years. I always recommend Pete to my friends who have Toyotas. Best Dealership and Service Department!. I have purchased three cars from Scott Clark Toyota in the last ten years. I would never dream of going anywhere else. It wasn't time for a new car but my service advisor Pete Acree called me in November and told me it would be a great time to get the Highlander I wanted. He has been my service advisor for many years and he knew that I wanted a Highlander Limited. I called the dealership first and told them what I wanted. I gave the color and all the features. They did not have the car in stock but Pete told me they would find one. They did. It was driven from one dealership out of town to Scott Clark the same day. I got a great deal. Thanks to Scott Clark for having the new owners dinner last month. I enjoyed it and the door prize I won. No other dealership I have worked with has had a dinner for new owners to show their appreciation.…
Awesome service department!. No one likes getting their car serviced, however at Scott Clark it's like seeing old friends. I travel a lot so I have had the pleasure of getting to know Pete Acree very well. Not only is he always friendly and gracious but he's truly interested in how you (the person) and your automobile is doing. He takes a personal interest in his clients and wants to ensure they are happy. Pete and I started our relationship back in 2009 and it has been great. He knows me on site and verifies what service is needed and wants to know if there is anything else they should look into while it's in service. He lets me know how long it should take and always explains my options prior to doing any unscheduled work. He is the reason we decided to purchase our new Totoyta from Scott Clark. I know they have great sales people at Scott Clark, as well as Financing, etc but service is truly where it will make or break a business-Scott Clark has some great people working for him.
