Untangled Salon has great prices, fantastic service, in a very comfortable atmosphere. I’ve brought several friends and family to the salon with “hair emergencies” and everyone one has been exceedingly pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended!!

Had a cup of coffee and a great time. Freindly and sweet and did a great job. Amazing product lines and the latest in hair extensions that look completely fabulous! I love the new interior! definately worth the drive from Mooresville, cant wait to get my hair done again!!

Pros: walk-ins welcome and lots of great stylists

Cons: not open sunday....yet

I went to Untangled Salon for Hairdreams extensions. I spoke with Lori first, who was extrememly helpful in providing me information and getting me a same day appointment! Kati did my actual extensions, and haircut. I am sooo happy with them. It looks very natural. I paid a lot less than I did at the first (overpriced) salon I went to, and feel that Untangled took much better care of me. I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and would highly recommend giving them a try!

The service at Untangled was amazing. The staff is not onlly highly qualified but friendly and inviting. The environment of the salon is also welcoming. I adored the kid section, a lot of thought went into that. My hair turned out to look better than I expected, I cannot wait to go back. I will be having an updo done there for my senior prom and cannot wait, I know it will look awesome.

Pros: EVERYTHING; environment, price, experience....

Untangled Salon gives superior service to all of the other salons in the Lake Norman/greater Charlotte area. There are salons in Cornelius that charge super high prices, but the quality of work isn't there. At Untangled Salon you will get the superior service and pay the right price. I have had hair "emergencies" and have called up the Salon, and have had someone come in early before the start of business to help me out. One such "emergency" was that I needed my hair to look fabulous for a job interview at a major company, I didn't want to do it on my own so I called up the Salon and Lori came in early and helped me with my situation, she had me looking fabulous, I received many compliments and above all else I got the job! At the salon they will go to all lengths to satisfy your needs. Lori has done so much to the salon it is amazing. I have now referred 3 dedicated customers. My friend from Boston came down to visit me with this awful haircut, I brought her to Untangled and she walked out of there amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. I have not tried the spa capsule, but am excited too. I am also all about the hair extensions and cannot wait to try that service. I have the most difficult hair imaginable, and I trust it to NO ONE else but the staff at Untangled Salon. For everyone that is new in town and looking for a trusted place to go, this is the place.

After years of bad haircuts (some self inflicted) I was amazed when I got an amazing cut/color from Lori! Personal service, help teaching me how to style it before I left and an amazing atmosphere = a fantastic experience! I will never go anywhere else!!

Pros: Great cuts, color, amazing spa capsule, atmosphere, personalized service

Cons: NONE!!!!!!!

Untangled Salon - staff is very friendly and concerned in making sure your experience is more than expected. Nothing fancy, very comfortable and feel like I learned how to take care of my hair after I leave the salon. SpaCapsule - oh so relaxing and the part I liked best was it didn't take a lot of time to get that extra moment of relaxation in my day.
