3rd time is the charm

I've used 3 different carpet cleaners in the last year and Heaven's Best is the best by far. Every time I called other companies, they were typically late, rushed through the work and ran. Heaven's Best got the work done in a reasonable amount of time, and did a final walk through to make sure I was pleased with everything. They did an outstanding job and I will continue to use them. Thanks a lot.

Heavens Best did great for me

I am glad I called Heaven's Best. A friend showed me city search and how you can read a company's reviews. I found Heaven's Best there I'm sure glad I did. Heaven's Best sure earned 5 stars from me. I will continue to use them any time I need carpet or upholstery done. The coolest thing was the protectant they put down. I spilled a soda after they had cleaned and put that stuff down, it didn't penetrate the carpet or even get it wet, I was able to take a rag and soak it up and there was no trace that it even happened. They showed me a cool demo with a kleenex and I thought it would help out to keep my carpet clean, but it totally worked and my carpet didn't even get wet when I spilled on it. I'm really happy with the service all the way around.

ON TIME!

I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and have been fed up lately with service companies never showing up on time. Heaven's Best gave me a specific time, an actual appointment and not a 3 hour window when they would show up. I thought to my self, here we go again. Grant, the owner, showed up 10 minutes early and did a great job on the carpet. I was very impressed with the final result and will certainly be using them again.

Excellent carpet cleaners in Charlotte

Heaven's Best did a great job cleaning the carpet in our little condo recently. This was the second time we've had Heaven's Best clean our carpets. With a toddler at home, it's hard to keep our carpets clean for long. Our toddler left her mark in several rooms with spilled strawberry milk, red marker and various other messes, but Heaven's Best was able to get the stains out. The carpet cleaner was punctual, courteous and professional. And he didn't mind spending a little extra time on the tough spots! The carpets were dry in about an hour so that was a huge plus. Will be calling Heaven's Best again.

My carpet looks great & the technician wasn't scary!

I was surprisingly thrilled with the results of my recent appointment. First of all, the owner actually did the work rather than some scary employee. He was clean cut, professonial and really worked hard to make sure everything looked good before he left. I have three kids & I didn't think my carpet would ever look decent again, but it looks SOOO good. I was so happy that my carpets dried quickly. I have always hated having to wait forever (days sometimes!) for my carpet to dry after being cleaned, but they were dry in just a little over an hour. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again!!!!

Terrific Carpet Cleaning!

I was a sceptic of the low moisture dry in 1 hr. system, but now I'm an ardent convert. My carpet has never been cleaner. This process left my carpet soft and subtle and not stiff and full of residue like the steam carpet cleaners in the past. Stubborn stains came out and best of all did not return as "phantom" stains had in the past. It really dried quickly and so fresh and clean. I am impressed with the owner/operator and his attention to detail and williness to work hard and please me- the customer. I phoned and an appointment was booked immediately-no long waiting period. I will recommend Heaven's Best to all my friends and will only use them from here on out. Your carpet won't get a better cleaning and you won't get better service! I'm anxious to use them for my floors and upholstery next.

Great Job!!!

Heaven's Best did a great job on cleaning my carpet and sofa. My dog is always lying on my sofa, so I was really surprised at how great it looked when they were done. My carpets look better than when I moved in. I would would not hesitate to call them again for any cleaning I need.

Great Customer Service, Great job done

I was very impressed with the fact that the owner of the company showed up to do the work himself. Heaven's Best showed a high level of courtesy and did a great job on the carpet. They took time to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend them to anyone.

• Pros: Dries extremely quick, got out more stains than I ever thought possible and they stayed gone.
