Parker is very friendly and trustworthy. He explains computer jargon in easy to understand terminology without making me feel like I don't know anything about computers! I have went to Best Buy and some other places for computer repairs and upgrades, but nothing beets Lake Wylie IT's genuine love and knowledge of computers (and repairing them!). They have my repeat business, that's for sure! I have some friends that trust them too.
Pros: friendly, competitive pricing, knowledgeable, honest
Cons: hmmmmmm....it's computer repair-there are not too many cons for that.
