A big disappointment and waste of money

My husband and I went to the prenatalpicture and were very disappointed. The owner was unattentive and rude and only concerned about payment. We were rushed in and out and then didn't recieve any quality pictures. We were told we could come back any day except Saturday, because that was for paying customers. What a horrible experience. Mary Lucas, the owner was very unprofessional. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS EXPERIENCE ON ANYONE WHO SIMPLY WANTS TO GET WHAT IS ADVERTISED. Falsely at that! Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Incredible Refererral!!!

I loved this place- my friend recommended it and I can't say enough about how friendly and professional the staff was but more than that, the pictures were amazing!! Would recommend this place to all my girlfriends! GO Prenatal Picture!

Really liked it

I went to Prenatal Picture after my friend raved about it. I hardly ever write reviews but this place was so great. If you want to see your baby before it is born, you need to go here. It was just a great experience and was so friendly and customer oriented. My family loved it very much and the pictures were treasures for a lifetime.

Best place ever!

I went to this 3D place yesterday upon a referral from my OB/Gyn and I could hardly believe it! From the homey feel of the lobby to the amazing ultrasound room we were left awestruck. My husband had his own "daddy chair" with his very own flat screen for exclusive viewing (this made him feel so included and special) and my family sat in front of a 100" screen where they were able to see every yawn, stretch and facial expression. With the waterfall, soft music and candles, we felt like we were in a spa. The ultrasound technicians experience was phenomenal and her years of performing 3D ultrasounds showed in every picture. I have watched my DVD at least 10 times since yesterday and cry everytime. The staff was super sweet and had a great sense of family and prioritized our every need. I would highly recommend this place.

incredible experience

I recently had my 3D-4D Ultrasound at the Prenatal Picture and it was one of the best experiences of my life. My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism of the owner, not to mention the facility. The first real images of our baby were right in front of us on the large projection screen and it brought tears to our eyes. The owner Mary was able to capture so many perfect pictures of our little girl. My parents live in Texas and were able to log on to view the ultrasound as well. This technology was so impressive and we now have a lasting memory to share with baby TS when she gets older. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

Wow!

I really enjoyed this place. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. The family viewing area was outstanding and they even sent the ultrasound live over the web for my family in California to see. Staff was friendly and technician was very good. Great pictures and great experience!

Awesome experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my 3D ultrasound done here last month (June 2007) and it was awesome. The theater room was huge and was outfitted with couches and chairs and a huge screen for my family. I had a screen for myself and my husband and the staff was funny and relaxed. The pictures were so crisp and the best quality I've seen yet. The DVD was set to music and was such movie quality that we watch it all the time.

• Pros: Very plush "spa-like" environment
• Cons: an hour drive from my home

What an amazing technology!

I had my 3d ultrasound done here last September and the facility is amazing! My entire family watched from the comfort of sofas and chairs on a 100" screen! We were thrilled to have this opportunity.

• Pros: Incredible accomodations and hospitality! The images were crystal clear.
• Cons: The office was a little chilly
