Pretty Pretty Jewelry!!

Not only do they have beautiful dresses, but they have the very best accessories. The prettiest jewelry I have ever seen!! It doesn't matter where you bought your dress, if you are looking for gorgeous, one of a kind pieces you should check out NY Bride. They carry several different jewelry designers and you can customize just about anything!

P.S. They also have adorable shoes!!

Best Bridal Store in Charlotte!

This is the first store I went to on my search for a gown and I am so glad, made the process much less stressful! I had such a great experience, the dress selection is great and the girls are so helpful. I love the urban loft feel of the store. They have high end designers, but also offer some lower priced options.

I like to shop around so I went to pretty much every other store in Charlotte, some good experiences and some terrible ones. But I went back to New York Bride to get my dress....first one I tried on actually! My dress came in early and fits great, barely needs alterations.

You are supposed to make an appointment, but that's true of most nice bridal stores and I have had no problems getting in when I wanted to. You want the personal attention anyway.

I highly recommend this store!

Excellent service!!!!

I had dreams about a dress i saw in a magazine- and ny bride is the only place in charlotte that dcarried that designer. I made an appointment with them, and my MOH went with me. The space is amazing- I loved the way the dresses were diplayed downstairs.

Krista was helping me- and she was super nice and very knowledgeable. They carry the best bustier i have ever tried on- not too thick to fit under a dress- and i have a large chest and it seriously lifted chest to a place it had probably never been- and it was comfortable- and made my tummy smaller. Best bustier ever!!!

Anyway- I tried on a few dresses and i found one i really. really liked. We talked about changes that could be made and she called the designer right then to see how much a fabric change would be. I decided to go back to the place that had the dress that i liked at first and i ended up getting that one instead- but- i wonder if i am going to have regrets now- especially since the place i got my dress has horrible reviews.

But- I did end up getting the bustier from ny bride and i highly recommend them- even though i didnt get my dress from there- i almost did- and they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable- and they have some cute shoes- but i havent gotten that far yet :)

Best Bridal boutique!!! Great Service!!!

This was the best bridal shop I went to! My mom came into town to go wedding dress shopping with me for the first time and NY Bride Loft was the first stop we made. I called to make an appt. a week earlier and they were very accommodating. They make appts. so your visit is personalized. Suzanne (owner) was extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. She took us upstairs, where all the dresses were, and made us feel very comfortable. The space is amazing, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, intimate, great lighting and ambiance. She has a great selection of dresses and designers. I told her my vision for my dress and showed her pictures of what I liked and she went from there. Showing me dresses that she thought I would like along with dresses she thought would look good on my body type. Some I thought I wouldn't like that she picked out actually looked good. She knows what she's talking about! She made my first experience GREAT and I wouldn't have wanted it with anyone else. I went to probably 5 other bridal shops and tried on nearly 50 dresses, but when it came down to it I knew I had to purchased my dress from NY Bride and Suzanne. Now the dilemma was which dress...I called Suzanne and she made another appt. with me a few days later so I could try on the narrowed down dresses. With her wonderful help I made a decision and I'm so HAPPY I went with her and NY Bride! She has many wonderful ideas, some of which included sentimental things I had and wanted to incorporate. I would recommend Suzanne and NY Bride to anyone. Each visit has been fun and exciting. Suzanne has become more of a friend than a sales person. Thanks so much Suzanne!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She also has wonderful veils and accessories!

Don't go there.

The ladies who work here need to be reminded that they indeed are in the service industry. Respect is not a word in the NY Bride vocabulary.
