The service was great (Ashley) and I could not have asked for a better experience for my 5 year old with extremely curly, challenging hair. The Ouidad treatment is a bit expensive ($70+ even for kids) but very worth it and it will not be as expensive to maintain. A great cut by a very professional stylist. I will go back myself for a regular cut and continue to take my daughter there for Kurly Kids cuts!

Disappointing

Did not get greeted with someone asking me if I wanted something to drink as in the video but that didn't bother me so much. I did not have one, not one product used on my hair except for shampoo and conditioner. Not a gel, a mousse, something for shine, something for holding the style, nothing. I did not even have a curling iron used on my hair to complete the styling. When I left I liked the cut. Thirty min. later my hair looked awful. I realized that no products had been used on my hair. I also found that I had a few bangs which I did not want! I'm spending more money to get 'this' straightened out.

Great Salon

I would recommend Heather at Blis to anyone! My hair is extremely hard to work with and she is the best stylist in Charlotte! Great with color and cut!
