I recently had a hard drive in my Dell desktop computer that failed. I had a lot of documents, photos, and financial information that was important to me on that drive. I saw an ad for Rewave in my phone book, so I decided to call them one evening. I couldn't believe they answered the telephone at 8pm. I talked to a recovery technician about the drive crashing. I took the drive by their office the next day for a free evaluation. They told me they would find out what was wrong with the drive and see if it needed any parts for the recovery. I was told if it needed parts, it would delay the recovery time and be more expensive. If it did not need parts, it would be more affordable and could be recovered in 1-2 days. They called me that evening and told me they were able to get all of my data for me. I was so thrilled! I had worked so many hours on those documents and was so glad to get them back. I couldn't get my data until the next day because it was being copied to a new hard drive for me by the technicians. I picked the new drive up the next day as planned. The data was all there and I was a happy customer. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a hard drive problem.
