Greatest Dentistry Ever!

I just moved to the area and went for my first appointment. The decor was funky and eclectic but the couches are very comfy. I was greeted by an adorable little hypoallergenic puppy (so cute and clean).

The front desk was very polite and helpful...but the best part was my hygenist Mary was awesome! I have really sensitive teeth and gums and I left feeling not a pinch of pain and my teeth look awesome and feel so smooth:) You sit in a chair with a flat screen TV, they take some pictures, do the cleaning and exam while I watched Comedy Central.

The Dentist came in immediately and didnt give you a creepy feeling (which dentists always seem to give me) and he told me straight up when I needed now, what is a good idea and what I should think about in the future...no BS sales pitch.

I am very happy and have already referred 3 people there since my visit.

Excellent customer service, they're always trying to book me, asap. Love the TV's, great to catch up on the History channel while getting the teeth cleaned. Would definitely recommend...

If you HAVE to go to a Dentist- give this one a try!

I have seen both Dr. Williams and Drake over the past 5 years. I love the office, the staff, and the docs. It is very nice to have the television screens to pull down right in front of you while you are getting your cleaning. The office is extremely relaxing and very contemporary. My complaints are few in 5 years. They have called to reschedule on me 2 times very close to my appointment. Also, be sure to answer when the office staff calls to confirm your appointment, otherwise they will call your phone 5 times a day starting 3 days out to reach you to confirm you are actually going to make it to your scheduled appointment starting as early as 7:30 am. It is very disruptive for your business day.

From Someone who HATES dentists...

Coming from someone with an irrational fear of dentists, Dr Williams and Dr Drake, as well as their entire office, go out of their way EVERY TIME to make me feel comfortable. Everyone is very nice and helpful, and on numerous occasions they have helped bring cost down for me when my insurance won't cover a certain procedure. I've been going for a little over a year and would strongly recommend him to all of my friends and family.

• Pros: TV's over every chair, excellent service
• Cons: it's a dentist

Semi-annual cleanup

I recently went to williams and drake dentistry for a cleanup. They did a good job. The assistant was patient and helpful and took good care during the process.

The doctor came by afterwards for a quick chat as well and to answer questions.

I have had visits with both doctors, and they are both knowledgeable and helpful.

It is also a quick minimum fuss in and out visit, and they did call me up and send me a note ahead of time as a reminder of the appointment.

Friendly

A friend of mine referred me here because she said that it was a great experience and I definitely agree. This dentist office was really different with modern decorating and flat screen t.v.s I have never seen a doctor office like this before. I liked it because it seemed really young and different. The lady who cleaned my teeth was really nice and very good at it. The doctor was also very nice and took the time to talk to me. I will be going back and already have referred two of my friends.

Friendly, thorough, and surprisingly educational. Loved it!!!

I recently had my semiannual cleaning and check-up with Dr. Drake at Williams and Drake Dentistry. Unlike the lady with the toothache who went on and on about excessive x-rays, I actually felt comforted by the fact that they took that many. It was explained to me that these x-rays take more detailed pictures of two teeth at a time in order to clearly see any problems that may have been hidden from normal x-rays. As far as radiation exposure, that is ridiculous. You probably get more radiation exposure from riding on an airplane or using an outdated microwave. That should be the least of her worries. Anyways, I really enjoy the fact that Dr. Drake takes the time to pinpoint any problems and identify areas that may cause future concerns. I much prefer someone who spends time caring for their patients rather than shuffling them in and out the door like the majority of doctors seem to do these days. In addition, not only was Dr. Drake and his staff very friendly, but they educated me on what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and what I could do to prevent future problems from occuring. The office was the most stylish dental office I have ever been in as well. I walked in not knowing what to expect and left very impressed by the atmosphere, friendliness, and a little education in dentistry 101. I absolutely loved the experience and am making Dr. Drake my dentist of choice. I highly recommend this practice.

Cool office, great service and a caring Doc

I had the opportunity to have my annual check up with Dr. Drake after moving here from out of state. I find that these reviews are very helpful after moving to a new place. Anways, I had a great experience and thought that everyone was professional, honest with me, and provided outstanding service. I have had many xrays from my previous dentist back home a couple years ago due to some moving of my teeth and they had to do both the panoramic view along with a ton of pictures. I know that the panoramic does not show everything and therefore in order to really see everything of each tooth they have to take the other xrays. I would much rather have someone do everything they can to make sure my teeth are healthy than just hurry through clients to get people in and out of the door. But, I guess I didn't really care so much about the time because I still got out of there within an hour which to me is pretty normal. The best part to me was that I have never had a dentist take time to talk with me and explain to me what was going on. It really was refreshing to have someone actually want to make sure that I understood what he was checking for. I will definitely be going back there because I have never had as good of service with any doctor before and I love the young, cool atmosphere.

Great experience!!!

I think the prior reviewer must have confused Williams and Drake Dentistry for a different dental office, lol. As I walked into the practice, I thought that I was at the wrong place. The lobby looked trendy, funky and exciting. Of course, the paperwork was the same form after form, but when the girl that cleaned my teeth Camille brought me back for my cleaning, I saw that I had a flat screen t.v. that moved so I got to watch the Red Sox at the same time. The doctor was direct, honest, and friendly told me a few preventive things I could do to keep my teeth looking good. I definitely recommend and will be going back.

Bad Business

I have been seeing Dr. Stuart Williams for over a year and recently, when I had missed an appointment and had to reschedule a dental cleaning, I was billed $150. When I called to follow up on the charges I was told that you had to give 24 hours cancellation/reschedule notice or I would be charged $75. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard...I missed an appointment for the first time in over a year and had to reschedule an appointment because of a business trip but I was told I was responsible for the bill. I referred 3 patients to Dr. Stuart's office, that would have not gone there other wise, but this was the thanks I got. I am going to take my business else where, and I would recommend you do the same.
