Best Boutique in the area in SO MANY WAYS!

I worked with Naomi at Nitsa's and she is simply the best!! Always accommodating, always honest (which is important) and always making the experience so special, she helps you find exactly what you want even if you're not sure going into it and then she continues to be by your side throughout the entire fitting. Every time, I left my dress fitting, I felt so much excitement about the wedding, which was a major breath of fresh air in the midst of stressful planning.

The entire Nitsa's staff was so helpful. Katie stepped in and worked with me when needed. The tailors are by far, the best and most experienced in Charlotte. They had to take my dress in two weeks before my wedding and when I put it on the morning of the ceremony, it fit like a glove. Also, the staff helped my mom find her rehearsal dinner dress last minute and made alterations with no problem.

Overall, this place is a gem. I shopped in Charleston, Atlanta and Raleigh and nothing compared to Nitsa's!

Amazing bridal experience

I recently tried on dresses with Katie and had a wonderful experience. She really listened to what I was looking for and she helped me select the perfect gown, which I purchased and cannot wait to wear. Additionally, Lillian, was extremely helpful in showing me what the alterations I requested would look like. This bridal salon is fantastic.

Was not interested in helping me!

I was very disappointed with my appointment to try on wedding gowns! Katie acted as if she did not want to help me try on gowns. Once I did try them on, she barely spoke 3 words in the dressing room with me. I was excited about going to Nitsa's but Katie's customer service was awful. My bridesmaid even made the comment, She could have cared less about helping you. I definitly will not go back for second time.

Best Wedding Boutique in North Carolina

My experience with Nitsa's was wonderful. I went to 4 different stores in Chicago and three different stores in Charlotte and must have tried on 50 gowns. When I worked with Katie at Nitsa's she asked to to try on a Vera Wang that didn't catch my eye on the hanger, but when I got it on I realized it was exactly what I had described and more! Katie helped walk me through what bridesmaids dresses would flatter bodies of all sizes- and thank goodness she did. Since I'm only familiar with my body I needed direction on who works for the short, tall, well endowed and stick thin. She found a great dress for the entire group, and then had to change it at the last minute to add a maternity gown! Everyone in the store makes you feel so beautiful, even after you've swiped the credit card and they aren't trying to sell anything. We've been back to try the dress on 5 times with different family members and just had my first fitting! I can't wait for the wedding and after hearing so real horror stories about other places in Charlotte, I'm so glad I found Nitsa's.

Caring staff, beautiful selection

Searching for a wedding gown can be such a hard decision, but the staff at Nitsa's is so patient and easy to work with. So many other bridal stores can make you feel as if you are being upsold, but not so at Nitsa's- they help you with every need without ever once seeming pushy. They are patient, personable and extremely dedicated to their brides, even with a million silly questions. Their dress selection is unbeatable, each dress is more beautiful than the next. Please go to Nitsa's as you won't regret it!

Charlotte's premier wedding dress shop!

Nitsa's made finding a wedding gown easy! Katie was a tremendous help and her encouragement to keep an open mind let me to "the" dress! The store is beautiful, they have a great selection and Katie and the staff provide incredible personal service. I would recommend any bride-to-be stop into Nitsas to find their dress!

An Exceptional Experience

Shopping for wedding attire is THE most happy time and Nitsa's only added to the joy of this occasion for our family. The spaciousness of the shop and dressing rooms, Katie's expertise and guidance, and the professionalism of the staff were all plusses. Our experience was truly exceptional!

Charlotte's Most Beautiful Designer Wedding Dresses

I went to several bridal shops in the Charlotte area and Nitsa's is in a class by itself. The dresses really speak for themselves; each one is more gorgeous than the next! The staff is absolutely wonderful - knowledgable and personable. Thank you, Katie and all the fine folks at Nitsa's, I adore my dress and will recommend Nitsa's for any bride.

The Best Experience for Your Big Day!

If you are in the market for a wedding gown you only need to go to one place in Charlotte! Nitsa's knowledgable and helpful staff made this experience absolutely wonderful. Naomi, Amy and Katie were always very attentive and they made the whole process seem effortless. They know what looks and works best and have the largest selection of dresses that I had seen. The ladies at Nitsa's will make sure that you steal the show on your big day! I recommend them to any bride, mother of the bride, and/or bridesmaids!

I found THE dress!

Nitsa's has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Naomi & Amy have been so welcoming and Naomi was so attentive and patient as I tried on multiple dresses and ultimately, decided on "the one." I can honestly say that the experience has been a wonderful one. Nitsa's has quality dresses, professional and helpful staff, and the best selection in town. I look forward to working with Nitsa's for my dress and the bridesmaids dresses as well. Many thanks and the highest recommendations for Nitsa's!
