You can never go wrong when you use this company

I had my carpets done by this company both when I lived in Charlotte and now in Raleigh. I have never had any problems with the manager or owner. I recommend their services because they strive for YOUR satisfaction not their own. They even have someone who is always one phone call away, in case of emergency.
- Pros: They won't stop working until you are happy with the carpet

Avoid This Company All Together

on 11-8-06 The owner arrived at our business to soliciate our business. My manager told him that we would not be interested. As he was leaving he expressed a very disturbing word that should have never been said, especially to a lady. She asked him what he said, and he had a few more choice words for her. Now I can tell you a professional would have never used such words in a professional setting. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if the owner of the company can't take rejection he will most certinally encounter.
