Experts on Cut and Coloring

Adrianne, the salon owner, gave me the best cut and color I have had in the last three years. I have only been coloring my hair for three years and for the first time the color looks great volumizing my usual flatness on top. The stacked bob cut definitley added to the ultimate finish creating a stylish, sophisticated, professional look. The salon decor is amazing and you can't beat the prices. The salon has an upscale atmosphere with reasonable prices. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Great staff of hair experts!

Great Salon! Great Service!

I have invested about $2500 in my hair in the last 9 months. I have a full head of hair extensions, that were put in at another salon. I became unhappy wih up keep from other salon and happened to find Adrian in a list of extension specialist...I am so glad I did! She has been a miracle worker for me..The salon is fab. I can't imagine that anyone could be dissapointed with their services. Unless maybe your not in with the new styles and are a little uptight. The girls were all wonderful and polite, very relaxing and friendly! :-) I will for sure be using this salon in the future..

I have never felt more at home then I did at this salon. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, I enjoyed every single minute. If you want service that makes you feel like you are special, this is the salon to go to. My hair cut and color turned out awesome. My one hour facial was way more then I expected. Heather was the girl that did my facial and there are not enough good words to say about her. I re-booked for three more facials with her too. If you are at all ready to have an amazing experiance, call and get there as soon as you can. You will be so glad that you did!!!

Great Service and Experience

I was really impressed how I was treated. Everyone was very kind and all my services were right on time. I think that all the new renovations look very nice. If you are looking to really have a great relaxing time make sure to try a facial or a massage. It was incredible. Everyone was so nice!!!

Hands down the Salon and Spa ranks in the tops in the Charlotte area! With the new management in the salon and spa there is no doubt that this going to be a place that is going to create a lot of positive buzz! Incredible customer service with very talented stylists. Fresh new ideas is whats going to take this place to Number 1!

Great cut/color & atmosphere

Have been going to this salon for over 2 years and had nothing, but wonderful outcomes! Color, cut, style, and service are always top notch!

I have gone to several high end salons in Charlotte and had the most sought after stylist do my hair for years, until I started paying 3 digits just to sit in his chair for a cut....ridiculous! My hair is very dark and it is easy to botch the color, but Jessica at CC & Co. does an incredible color/cut/style! I have referred several people to her. Many of my friends/co-workers are her clients. She did such a great job with a cut for some of us that we even named a it after her!

Love this salon for the good customer service and for the overall appearance. Never left here with anything less than experiencing the WOW factor. Hard to find a trendy salon in this area that does not look like your grandmother's "beauty shop".

Best place to relax!!!!!!!!!!

i had the best time.I think the service was great, I never felt like I was forgoten. All of the ladies I went to made me feel like I was there only client. Make sure to have a massge and a pedicure That was the best!!

is ok but not impressed

I got an "OK" haircut and highlights here. I was hoping for a better look than my girlfriend or husband do when I buy color from the store & do it at home, but got about the same thing. I'm still looking for that perfect stylist, I know she's out there somewhere.

BEST SALON IN CONCORD/CHARLOTTE AREA!!!!

C.C. & Company offers the best customer service, the best haircuts and creative coloring in the area!! Friendly employees, great atmosphere, beautiful salon and spa. I have had many services and have enjoyed them all. Have never been disappointed in any of my many visits there. The staff is highly qualified and highly educated. Recommend to everyone!!!

Dissappointed

I'm new to the area & found CC & Co in the phone book. The girl talked on the phone like she understood my situation & could do a great job for me. Well, I walked out of the salon crying. After doing & redoing my hair, she & all the other girls working with her were trying to console me by telling me my hair would "grow on me". It's been over a month now & it hasn't grown on me yet. I would not recommend any of these girls to anyone.

• Cons: in too much hurry, too giggly, still learning
