Excellent Company

I was impressed when I walked in the office and saw all the awards on the wall but even more impressed when I found a great position with a Mortgage company. I had several years of experience and was layed off in the industry, lucky for me they were able to place me with a National Company. I just started my training a few weeks ago but I can already tell I'm going to love it. Thank you for everything.

• Pros: I loved my recruiter very professional
• Cons: My training did not start for about a week but I had plenty of time to prepare

Great Recruiters and I love my new Position

Its nice to know that there is a company you can go to in Charlotte that really takes the time to listen to your needs. When meeting with the recruiter she went over my resume with a fine tooth comb, at first I was taken back by the amount of detail she was asking me for, However after I interviewed with the company she sent me to, it all made sense. I moved here from NY and had beed to a few agencies, all very nice but none as good as this one. Within three days I was sent on the interview and made an offer the next day. The company was similiar to the company I came from but with opportunity for tremendous growth. I'm happy I've found charlotte and them. It looks like one person is upset over background, at least I know they dot all i's and cross all t's.

Worse excuse for a Job Agency!

The people there were the most un friendly and un helpful I have ever seen. The front desk clerk was too busy to or too good to talk to the little people looking for a job (BIG EGO)!! My appointment was at 10 and was there 15 mins. early and still waited 45 minutes. And I was the only one there!! I had to try to reschedule before someone finally came to see me and then was treated like I wasnt good enough for them to do anything for me. I already had the job lined up and going through Integra was just a formality! I still didnt get the job!!!! Something was said about my background check from 17 years ago that they didnt like( A Misdemeanor thing!) MY GOD!!! I even passed the P test! My history was good enough for Dept. of Homeland Security as well as the NC Insurance Commissioner but not INTEGRA. I have had a stable work history with the same job for over 19 years and have more experience then most employed with Integra but apparently they are too good to hire honest, hardworking Americans that have served their country. Maybe if they would get off the phone and stop all the gossiping at the front desk and actually work! Maybe they could be considered to be a serious place for people looking for work to come! After all, if it weren't for people like me working for them, they would be out of a job! Think about that Intergra! next time you treat people like dirt!

Great Position Company

I read the other reviews and felt I should comment on Integra. THey told me in the interivew they really don't do "temp staffing" but mainly direct hire and temp to hire....So i'm surprised by the comment regarding a couple of day assignment, sounds like the person just didnt do a good job....I met with a recruiter on Tuesday and by Friday I was placed after interviewing again with one of their clients. I'm a college grad with a two years of experience in admin but really wanted to use my international business degree. I've been to so many agencies that just didnt listen to me...I'm happy where I am but would like to work with a company with international business lines.....Most services called me back offering me interviews in customer service, admin like I'm doing now or something off the wall that was not remotely the career path I was looking for...it was such a time waster....I'm glad I found them and they found me the perfect position....Thank you very much and thank you to my recruiter!!

Integra Staffing Best Company

I sent my resume into Integra and was surprised by the fact I received a call from them within 24 hours and went in to interview. From the second I was greeted to the interview and testing etc. I felt like I was working with a true team of professionals. I was called on that Friday and they arranged an interview for me the following week with a "dream company" that I've always wanted to work for but could never get their attention. I received the position and now I've worked there almost six months and love it.....With my previous experience with other staffing companies I was leary about going through an agency...but now I don't know why...Integra has all the positions with the best companies that everyone wants to work for...!!

Professional and Understanding

I hadn't ever used staffing before, but when I moved to Charlotte from Virginia, I opened up to other options. It took a little while, but the recruiter I was working with, regularly updated me on possible opportunities. I had 2 assignments through Integra...the first was a temporary assignment, and the other started as contract and then they hired me on full time! While I still looked for other jobs on job boards, etc... Integra remained positive in helping me in my search. I never realized how many people look for employment through staffing agencies! I happened to be one of the lucky ones...they found a job for me that was a great fit!! I would recommed any of the recruiters at Integra! They all listened to what I wanted in a career: the environment, the location, and most importantly, the compensation. When or if I ever decide to change companies...I'll definitely give them a call!

• Cons: takes time (but worth the wait)

worst company

If your are searching for a job, please do not rely on Integra Staffing to help with job placement. They are very good at sending you on assignments that last 2 or days and will not call you for any other assignments. You will have to call them. If you do call, please make sure you aren't driving to an assignment and then have them call you 5 minutes before you arrive and tell you that the company is having system problems and they won't need to you start that day. It happened to me! Please find your own job. You would be better off. I rate this company as a "0".

Excellent Staff and Service

I've never used a staffing agency before to find a position however I had one of their headhuters call me about something extremely interesting in my field of work. Not only did I end up meeting with this company, I landed my dream job and was able to raise my pay by 25%. I'm not sure how they found me but I'm very greatful for the experience!

Unreliable Agency

Just like with many other temp agencies, Integra fails to supply employment opportunities to folks on the waiting list. I have been waiting for months and my recuiter still has not found me anything. If I were you, I would simply ignore any staffing agencies that claim they have employment opportunities at a specific company. All that they are doing is trying to set a quota of recruitees they can obtain in a certain period of time. You are better off finding a permenant job on your own.

After being caught in corporate downsizing they placed me within one week with an Excellent company

Very nice staff and office, listened to my needs regarding salary and position unlike other services I visited, had my best interest at heart, I've referred other friend to them that have also had excellet experiences.
