Spoiled Rice!

Got the fried rice from the buffet section, took a bite and almost threw up in my mouth. The rice was spoiled. Walked past the fried rice again and I could smell that the rice was not fresh. Smells like it had been sitting out for a couple of days...

Chens is the WORST !!!!!!!

chens was aweful i ate there last night and will never go back . the food was old like it had been sittin there for hours .what little food they did have. they didnt even refill none of the buffet pans. the crab legs was cold and over cooked. they had a sign that said dont get more food then you can eat. so they can serve people at an affordable price. i take it if you dont have enough food to run a buffet dont down scale the quality. i would much rather pay for a good fresh hot meal then pay for a cheap old cold meal any day. on top of the horrible food we didnt eat or couldnt eat. when we complained the took our drinks off the tab lol. and still charged us $35.00 for 2 plates chens is the WORST!!!!!

I will never go to Chen Bistro again!

The first time I went to Chen Bistro was with my bf. The food wasnt all that great, but I didnt complain. The second time, my friends wanted to go, so I tagged along. And this time, the food was even worst! The food was cold! Some things that I tried was nasty, didnt know what the heck they had put inside or what it was. I was not pleased at all. All my friends were not pleased either. There was other people there complainning as well. And about the same problem I was having. COLD food! Please take your money some where else. I would never go back, even if they paid me!

EWWWWWWWW!

DO not eat at this place! It was nasty. The food on the buffet had to have been there all day. The hot food was cold...The good was hard - you had to scrape the food out of the buffet serving dishes. We asked for the menu and complained about the buffet and even the food we ordered from the menu was nasty. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day - garbage cans were over flowing, the toilet paper was on the floor and not in the holders. This place was downright gross!

Best seafood, sushi, and hibachi buffet

As a seafood lover, I am highly recommending this restaurant to everybody. They offer the best seafood like steam Sea bass, salt and pepper shrimps, mussels, and much more. The price is much lower compare to other seafood place like Red Lobster. I ate about three pounds of snow crab-legs last night, and they are very fresh. Not just that, I was surprise that the sushi and hibachi are parts of buffet too. Well, you gota try it in order to believe it.

Don't go weeknights if you like fresh food.

As a long time customer of a pretty good restaurant for chinese and sushi I have had bad experiences twice on weeknights. They close at 10pm but if you go in after 7 the selection of food is suffering. The sushi is stale IF THERE IS ANY LEFT. On slow nights they stop making sushi early. I went in at 7:45pm and there were just a few old rolls left and they refused to make anymore until I had to make a scene. The few snowcrabs they make you have to wait 15 minutes for as they are never ready and are soggy and small if you can beat the rest of the people to get any at all. Otherwise the food is ok on weeknights. The servers are wonderful but what is good service if they don't have the food you go there to eat. The problem is the management is poor and doesn't know how to treat customers. After complaining how unhappy I was they did not do a thing till I finally had to make a stink and the manager then agreed to make me a few pieces of sushi. DO NOT GO ON WEEKNIGHTS PAST 6PM. Friday and Saturday though more expensive are the only good nights to eat there.

Wow!

I love this damn place! I moved here from NY a few months ago, and this is practically the only restaurant that I go to around here. I look forward to going there every time! I can't believe how affordable the buffet is! Go there Mon-Thurs and its only $12.00! The food quality is excellent as well. Chicken is all white meat, and how do they get away with serving ALL YOU CAN EAT OYSTERS! My god. Oh, and freshly made sushi. What a place, go now!
