I am very picky when it comes to my vets. I am new in town and have 2 little dogs that are the love of my life. One in particular has some special health issues. Although I have only visited this place once to see the vet, I have visited several times to pick up my dogs special food. All times the staff/assistants have been extremely helpful and nice. My visit to the vet was also very positive. Because I have dealth with my dogs issue for years I am pretty educated as to his problem. The vet was incouraging without sugar coating the problem. I will definitly go back.....for now anyway.

Pros: very nice and accomadating, fair prices

Cons: haven't found any yet

This vet was recommended to us when we bought our puppy at 6 weeks and the first visit was great-the staff was caring and did a thorough job examining her. They even gave us medication to clear up the upper respiratory infection that she had. When we returned for her second round of shots, however, not only was the staff unnecessarily rough with the puppy, they were also condescending and insulting to us. When they took her to the back, they attempted to perform procedures that they had not informed us they were going to do and as we heard her cry from the back, the tech returned to say that our 3-month-old, 10 pound beagle was "the most vicious and worst behaved dog ever" and "the staff was afraid for their lives." We have since changed animal hospitals and although the new one is more expensive and further away from our home, we would rather pay more drive further simply to know that our animals will be cared for properly and compassionately. While we did like the vet himself, his staff was rude and ill-equipped to deal with animals.

Pros: Kind caring vet, clean and well maintained clinic.

Cons: Rude staff, bad communication.

I have been to this clinic numerous times and the vets and staff are great. They care about my dog and have always been helpful. Most of my pet owning friends go there alos and they all think as I do.

Pros: Friendly, Caring, Great Vets

When I took my 2 month old puppy here I was given the absolute wrong medication to treat his illness. The medicine I was given had nothing to do with his condition at all. I was very displeased by this. Its the veterinarians job to help you animal, not to act ignorant. I took my dog to another vet and they were very appalled that I was given this medication. If you see that your pet is not getting any better on the medication given, please go ask for a second opinion.
