Mediocre at best, very overrated

I don't want to be condescending, but anyone that could give this place 5 stars has never had real mexican food, because this definitely is not it. The soft tacos come on a flour tortilla, and the enchiladas don't have any sauce! If you want to try a sauce-less enchilada, this is the place, but I wouldn't recommend it. To add insult to injury, I ordered take-out and asked for some chips and salsa, and they charged me $4.00 for a 16 oz container! I just wanted some chips and salsa with my sauce-less enchilada, and it increased the price of my lunch by 50%. There are many better mexican restaurants in this area.

This place is my favorite!

This place is so great! The food is amazing and they give you sooooo much food. The price is crazy cheap and the service is always exceptional. My husband and I highly recommend it.

The Food
A meal here is like a fiesta for the taste buds. Begin with the warm, extra-crispy tortilla chips that are impossible to resist, especially when coupled with the restaurant's signature salsa and gooey cheese dip. The best bet for a satisfying meal is to go the combo route: rice and refried beans paired with one to three items of your choice from the signature dishes. Best picks include the chicken chimichanga and the beef soft taco. If you're really hungry and like your supper spicy, try the chiles rellenos platter.

The Scene
Though it's nestled in the heart of the bustling Franklin Square shopping center, the tinted windows and cozy high-backed booths make it seem far away from the crazy shopping scene. The soft yet festive music and friendly staff transport you south of the border for an enchanting dining experience.

Fabulous

This place is soooo good! We eat there as much as possible and the food is not expensive at all considering how much food you get. The service is great and we very rarely have to wait on a place to sit. You should try it if you like mexican food!

Amazing food for the value!

I love this restaurant! I have never been one for mexican food (even when I went to Mexico), but I was talked in to visiting with my sister. Now we can't get enough. I have taken all of my friends for lunch there. You cannot beat the food. The salsa is so wonderful also (and I do not like salsa). We drive an hour to get there is not quams about it. If you want a treat, go there!

La Fuente is our Favorite!

This restaurant has wonderful, personable service where you are always greeted with a smile. The ingredients are fresh, the parrillas are hot, and the chocolate chimichangas are sinfully sweet!
