Not what we paid for

I took my family to see "Charlie Wilson's War" on Christmas Day. The wrong movie was screened. Instead, they started the movie "Alvin and the chipmunks"....not what we had gone to see! The management was told that the wrong movie was being screened but nothing was done about it. Finally another customer came back into the theater and announced that they were not changing the movie. We returned to the ticket counter and got our money back. I felt they could have stopped the chipmunk movie and started the one we had all paid to see instead of having the chaos of an entire theater full of people getting their money back.
