Wonderful Surprise!

My company had an agreement with a high priced hotel in the Charlotte airport area. They were sold out so my secretary booked me at Homewood Suite by Hilton. It was incredible! The suites were huge and I've never seen so many free services...from high speed Internet to breakfast to the nightly reception with beer and wine. I couldn't believe all of it was included for less than we were paying at the other hotel. Needless to say, we are now sending all our business to Homewood!

Upscale hotel chain pampers business and leisure travelers with plentiful amenities and many of the comforts of home.

Value vs Dollar

I was recently passing through Charlotte, and did not have a reservation. I am a loyal Hilton patron, and as I got closer to Charlotte I started the frantic cell phone hotel search. I called several properties including Hiltons and others that I could think of. I was traveling with my wife and two children so I really needed a full suite. I found that not only do most places not offer suites but several other hotels I contacted were rude and did not want to spend time to explain their hotel. It was a big relief to find Homewood Suites Airport!!

• Pros: Full Suite, Friendly Staff, "Yes" Attitude
• Cons: Need More Around

"like family"

I stayed at this location for 2 weeks, the staff are so friendly and it really did have a homey atmosphere. I would stay here anytime I come back to Charlotte.

• Pros: great staff, easy access, free b-fast
• Cons: no more hornets!
