This would be a great theatre if parents wouldn't drop off their kids, and let them act a fool there. Those little 14, 15, and, 16 year old kids dont know how to act. They are loud, disrespectful and they ruin it for the rest of us. I think they should have to be accompanied by and adult if they are under 17 for any movie, not just one that is rated R.

Pros: Very clean, Good food, Stadium Seating.

Cons: Annoying Kids, High Priced Food

If you don't mind spending your money for a really good experience then this is the theater for you. They have stadium seats that slant so you never have a blocked view. The seats rock a little and are cushioned and very comfortable. They also have cup holders so this frees up your hands for popcorn and candy and hot dogs and nachos. They give a very good deal on popcorn and soda deals that can save you up to $3.00. You put your own butter on the popcorn. Never again will you have to deal with the problem of too much or too little butter on your popcorn. The bathrooms are clean which always tells me this is a good place to get food. The selection of candy is limited and pricey. Once in awhile, it can get a bit hot inside the theater and you may have to complain. Otherwise, I would recommend this theater.

I enjoy the Concord Mills Theaters very much and see movies there often. The seats are comfortable, the stadium seating means never looking over anyone's big hair etc. Sometimes going with the big crowds at peak times is fun-almost like audience participation, but if it is more of a quiet movie or chick flick I go to the less popular times and have had the theater almost to myself. The staff is very accomodating, friendly and maintain a good sense of humor in working with the wide variety and many customers who walk through the doors. I have seen workers go out of their way to help guests, even extremely rude ones who are always looking to complain about the smallest things in order to get free movie tickets or popcorn. Lots of theaters would not allow you to bring in outside food, but I see plenty of people walk in with starbuck containers without a problem. The kids packs and summer movies are a great deal.

AMC Concord Mills has all the great features you want for today's movie going experience minus one thing: an Usher. I can't count the number of times I've been there to see a really good movie and had it ruined because of some idiot with a lazer pointer. Feel free to substitute "Idiot with Lazer Pointer" to "Loud annoying people behind you" or "Unruley kids running all over the place". I've gone and spoken to managers but all they do is walk into the theatre, look around and then leave. Bottom line, it is a great theatre if you can stand the people and bare with the incompetent management, then this is the theatre for you.

Pros: Great Sound, Great Seating, Good Food

Cons: No Usher, Expensive

Another "mega-plex" proves disapointing! The movie selection is great (because they have 24 screens), but everytime I go, I end up needing a chiropractor after the show... the seats are VERY uncomfortable. The sound and picture presentation are not all that great either. The prices are rediculous! $8 per person!?! I only go here because it's the nicest one close to my house.

Pros: Good selection, Nice staff, Clean theaters

Cons: Pricey!, Poor sound, Uncomfortable!

This is a great theater. The only problem is that I love popcorn, especially the popcorn at the movies. And the popcorn situation here makes me sad. I guess it was an effort to let people have as much or as little butter as they please, but they have the butter with catsup and condiments. It may be the kind of butter they have or the way they serve it, but it is the worst movie popcorn I have ever had. The crowd has a tendency to be loud and rude also, but that isn't the theater's fault.

Pros: good selection, comfy seats, good location

Cons: bad popcorn butter, loud/rude audience

The seats are the best part. I could go to sleep in those things. Stadium seating is nice, and you have to love the selection with a theater this large. My only complaint - the sound system isn't up to snuff. I had trouble hearing the dialogue at a few points, and the characters weren't whispering. For that reason, Crossroads20 in Cary edges it out.

Pros: inside huge mall, comfortable

Cons: sound system, expensive drinks
