Poor service. I am constantly buying clothing for my grandchildren, but have quit frequenting the Treehouse because of the poor quality of service. I am either ignored or snobbed when I try to shop at this store.

Go here! Fabulous service and merchandise. Very helpful service. I always leave satisfied. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to dress their child in a classic high quality clothing. Also, the staff is extremely helpful and very accommodating in all aspects. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Not customer service oriented - mall is cheaper. I like to support the locally owned stores, but every time I go in the Treehouse, I am reminded of why I wind up going out to the mall afterwards. I have found the employees to either be too pushy or either ignore me totally. Most of the brands they carry can be found at the mall and found cheaper. They do not really have boutique lines but price and advertise as if they do.
