HORRIBLE experience! I have never been treated like this anywhere I have been and yet Harrelson Nissan wins the award. First off, they made a deal that we agreed to. We go into financing (around 9PM) and of course the sales manager LEAVES the store when we are still working on finance. The finance manager catches an error MADE BY THE sales manager. We spent from 9-midnight at the store trying to work out the error made by the sales manager(he did NOT pay attention to detail). If you made the deal it seems like you should have to stay until the deal it done, correct? In case an error like he made happens? Well, no one could get a hold of him and the finance manager spends all night trying to "solve" the mystery of what the sales manager did. When we finally said "deals off" at midnight the car salesman did not want to give our car that we were trading back. Sorry sir, I am NOT taking a car that the deal has errors in (almost $7,000 worth of error). We FINALLY got our old car back and made it home by 1AM. I am a teacher and had to be at work at 6AM. I called immediately the next morning and spoke to Mr. Harrelson. He was NOT much help at all and did not call back when he said he would review/look over the deal that was made. Poor customer service continues....I finally call back a day later and they said they were "working on a deal and going to take care of us"...it seems they think that customers are stupid enough to not look over the buyer paperwork. They sent us a "deal" and really all they did was move numbers around...NOT a deal. After this experience I would have thought Harrelson Nissan would want to make this horrible experience and turn it into a positive one...but NO. NOT Harelsson Nissan. I have told EVERYONE that I have know NOT to shop at Harreslon and I will CONTINUE to tell EVERYONE of my experience along with posting my experience in every website that allows testimonials of car dealerships along with Nissan Corp.

I went to Harrelson Nissan to buy a newer car.It would have been my 2nd car from them.I had a good salesman. I was putting down a good down payment but had to get the rest financed. The so call finance guy came to talk to me about the bank I chose and he smelled just like weed. I think his name was Tyrone, this guy eyes were as red as my shirt... I told the salesman and he said yeah he's fine, he still can do my deal..I said forget this I will wait to come back...after that I have no intend to deal with someone like that and will not be going back...I think a drug test should be done on a couple people there..

New Management is Great. I read the last review and th cjsmith obviously has not been back to Harrelson Nissan since the new management has taken over last May. All the good reviews would have to be correct because I went in an bought a new car and they were not only accommodating but they went the extra mile to make sure I got a great deal. It's sad that people post things incorrectly and chose to post negative information to damage the reputation of a great dealer. I'll send all my friends and buy my new cars from Harrelson.

Fake Reviews!!. All of these 5 star reviews were written in August or September of 2011. They're all generic, and a couple of sentences long. Clearly Harrelson is just trying to up their rankings. Look back a bit to get the the real reviews. Mostly 1 star. They did the game thing with you their reviews on Google. Do a little digging and you'll soon find out how this place works, they are all liars. Better yet go and see for yourself.

very satisfied. i needed a larger vehicle for my family,so i went to Harrelson and got a new rogue.I'm very satisfied and will be glad to recommend Ike to anyone.

Thanks larry and Mickey. I had seen a 2008 rogue online i liked,so i went to Harrelson and traded in my old van.i'm very pleased with harrelson and there sales staff.

Great Job larry. I have bought a lot of cars and never had a experience like this one.No pressure and found a car i liked better than the one i went in for.Thanks larry
