I bought a dishwasher with the full warranty, all the guarantees etc. The thing never worked properly and they have stalled and delayed and we will be buying all of our future appliances from someplace else. Would NOT go back. Feel like I bought a used car.

Great Price!. Being new to Charlotte area, I decided to go with family run business verses big box store. I was pleasantly surprised by knowledge of staff. The price was great! However, I gave it just two stars because once delivered...

(1) small scratch on stainless steel. It's inside the door so no biggie for me.

(2) Refrigerator itself is not centered. There's no space to the left of it and 3 inches on the right. I guess I should have stepped back and studied it more.

(3) The french doors are not event.

(4) Not certain whether refrigerator itself is even. We're still waiting for our belongs to arrive to new home. I'm going to have to put level on it. If it's not level, I'll call Queen's City.

Still need washer + dryer....I think I'll go to big box store next time.

Dont buy the protection plan. We had a great experience shopping here. The people that we dealt with were very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We bought a TV and the 4 year warrenty to go with it. Of course the sales guy made it seem better than it was. He told us if anything was wrong with it they would replace it with the same or something of equal value.

The speakers stopped work just over a year after purchasing the TV. They want to send someone to my house to fix it instead of just replacing it. So i pay almost $2000 and cant use it for a week before someone can come out to fix it. What a waste don't buy their warranty and dont let them talk you up Do your homework first and know what you want when buying.
