Twice the quality for half the price of those 'high-class' chains invading Charlotte.
Best food in the Metrolina region, hands down.

The music is great!. Our group requested seating on the patio. The musician was great! (I think his name was Ansel) We will definitely return because of him. I was disapointed that we were only allowed to order appetizers on the patio. Overall, I enjoyed my visit!

outstanding. The Rat is best place to eat, bar none. The food and service are always great. I have eaten everything from seafood to prime rib and countless others, I have never had a bad meal. Thank you.

At home at "The Rat". The River Rat was an amazing place! I highly recommend a trip for dinner and/or drinks. The laid back atmosphere is second only to the warm reception and wonderful service received while there.
