I had my wife's 2002 Avalon (123,000
mi.) in for service on 6/1/12 and as usual Billy Carroll took good care to make sure everything was up to date, only needed oil change and tire rotation. Billy Carroll has taken care of this car for many years and I have been completely satisfied. I have a 2008 Tacoma that he takes care of as well. Billy Carroll has always been very truthful and honest with me in our dealings. If any questions he takes me to the shop and has the tech show me any problems found with the car.

Scott Clark's Service Department. When I first moved to Charlotte I took my 4Runner to another Toyota dealership for service...wrong!...I was lucky enough to meet Crystal Terry at Scott Clark's...she not only helped correct the other dealership's "are you kidding me?!?" mistake, but her attention to detail and customer service has been the reason I have been going back to Scott Clark's for years...if you go, ask for Crystal...end of story.

I just recently bought a new Corolla from Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the Scott Clark staff. Sales Associate Curtis Lanier and Sales Manager Marty Abernathy bent over backwards to make sure every step of my car buying experience was excellent. Curtis has been my go to guy for Toyota's for a long time and has earned my business time after time. He knows the cars and will make it happen when you find what you want. He's a great guy that's not going to give you the run around. I just met Mr. Abernathy on this last purchase and I have to say he has gone the extra mile. Whatever is may be, he will take care of it for you. The great service doesn't stop when you sign and drive either, Marty's "after the sale customer service" can't be beat.
