What a fabulous salon! I first received a Groupon to go in October of 2012 and have been going monthly ever since. Not only does Stephanie, the owner, customize my color, she UNDERSTANDS CURLY HAIR!! Fairly new to Charlotte, it's a quick ride and I would NEVER go anywhere else. They are fantastic!!

And, not only have I been seeing Stephanie, I've also been seeing Lauren, Esthetician (sp?). She is amazing - so gentle with my waxing. I hear she gives a stupendous rejuvenating facial....my friend raved and raved about her!

Great cut and color at an affordable price! I first started going to Salon Serenity because I bought a groupon for a cut and color. I was blessed enough to be scheduled with the owner and head stylist Stephanie. Honestly, you won't get a better color anywhere else. Stephanie takes her time and makes sure that she doesn't take any short cuts in your color. I couldn't be happier, thanks Stephanie. You're amazing!

EXCELLENT SALON! I was down memorial weekend for my brother's bachelor party and coca-cola 600 and needed a haircut bad. I stopped in and Stephanie the owner and Head Stylist was in and available. At that point I was in the mood for a change but did not know what that should be. Stephanie without missing a beat or being pushy suggested a few options and went with it. Needless to say it was my favorite haircut I ever had. The atmosphere is southern hospitality open friendly and warm. The salon itself was very quaint and well kept and clean. I highly recommend this to anyone in the area local or visiting. You will not be disappointed! Also, if you can ask for Steph, atleast to meet her.

Great Salon!. I love this salon. Every time I have gone somewhere to get my hair cut or my daughters hair cut, I don't like how it has turned out until Stephanie at Salon Serenity started cutting my hair. The staff are all friendly, the salon is easy to find, and the prices are very reasonable. I won't go anywhere else!

Fantastic Salon!!!. I have always had a hard time finding someone that could cut my hair the way I like it, that is until I started going to Stephanie at Salon Serenity. She and her staff do a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend checking this salon out! I take my children there as well (yes, even my 19 year old son has been to see Stephanie). and they love it!!

Love this Salon!. I love this salon..its got everything you want from a salon experience: friendly stylist, peaceful atmosphere, and professionalism. I am very picky about my hair but, Stephanie never lets me down, she always listens to what I want and I always walk out looking my best! I recommend her to all my friends and family!

Salon Serenity #1. I have been going to Salon Serenity since day #1. Every time I open the door I am always greeted by a friendly professional smile. I enjoy the family friendly atmosphere perfect for all members of the family. Make sure you ask for Stephanie, she is the one that always cuts my hair. I trust her and she always does a really good job. To all the guys out there. This maybe a salon, but all I can say is dump Sports Clips, and all those others and go to Salon Serenity!!!!!! Really easy to find, plenty of parking and easy to get in and out.....

Best Hair Salon in Kannapolis. I have been to numerous places and Stephanie and her salon is the best. I am so glad I found her....I have been more than pleased with my hair since starting to go to her. I have been going to her for over a year now and she knows exactly how to color and cut my hair. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!!
