He was prompt, did a complete estimate before doing the work, and did a good job. The repair was difficult and done well, though there were a couple of spots where the cut could have been straighter. All in all, I was pleased with the service and will likely use them again for cleaning.

Rock Hill Heaven Scent Carpet have been wonderful with pick up and delivery. I have a really heavy table and they were able to get it moved and put back together, with smiles on their faces! My rugs are clean and bright, and they smell great!
