no respect for tenants. on several occasions they allowed sub-contractors access to my apt without my presence, and when they assured me they would have southwood personell to oversee they lied. they gave these kids a key and let them do work, and got mad when i complained about the resulting damage they did to my cable tv service. i moved, they are no good.

do not recommend. My family and I were at first happy with the transition into our new "home" but we were blinded by what we thought to be real customer service. Our concerns that we addressed in our opinion were handled very poorly, In our opinion we do not recommend them due to the great hardship that we had faced while living there.
