Does not live up to Support. This store took my brand new defective from factory 13" macbook pro from me 2 weeks ago. Only now after coming into the store to complain have they realized that they ordered the replacement wrong and the request has only now been processed. They were barley even sorry to tell me that after the maximum replacement time of 1-2 weeks that it would take at least 7-10 days to have the computer even built in CHINA. Very very disappointed in apple.
