Excellent Service! Robyn Rocks. I've lived in Charlotte for almost 9 years and I've never gone to the same hair dresser twice. Why? B/c none impressed me enough to really go back. I'm a natural blonde but as I get older, my blonde has gotten darker. A couple months ago, I went to Hair Color Xperts looking to go darker all over. Luckily, I got an appointment with Robyn. She sat down with me, face to face, and we had a conversation as to what color I had in mind and what my concerns were. She also offered advice on what would work well with my skin tone. I was very pleased with the results! She also discussed the fees with me before my service since I have long hair.
