Cost and Service: Superb!. I was here in Charlotte on business for two days. I was staying in a South Park hotel. One of the Bellmen put the wrong bags into my car and I didn't realize this until I arrived at the airport. The Driver called the Dispatcher and the Dispatcher had another car go to the hotel and pick up my bags. Another Driver returned to the airport with my bags in the exact timeframe that the Dispatcher told me. I made my flight! I will use this service next time I have to travel to Charlotte, NC. Thank you Executive Car Service.

terrible service offered a cab rate then charged limo prices. Offered a cab rate for a three mile trip which is less than $10.00 then charged $25.00, I understand now they charge limo rates but this was a mistake committed by dispatcher. Whats more the Manager Darren Bone offered to refund on the next business day for the mistake and then became suddenly unreachable, after nearly a weeks worth of calling. Service is terrible and they are extremely rude, only person there that was showing any interest in resolving this issue and that was Bruce. When I called to find Manager first few times I reached dispatcher who made the error and his idea of fixing it was to call me a liar. I will tell everyone I know about this encounter hope the owner gets a chance to read.

Wonderful in the Past, However.... In the past I recieved a good price, professional drivers, and dependable service. This car service has a wide variety of cars. Specify your expectations when you call and type of driver you desire. My last trip to the airport, however, cost me $40 + tip, for a 10.17 mile ride. The driver spoke incessantly about his ex-wife and current companion in GREAT detail. I was exhausted by the time I reached the airport.
