I have been working with Lisa Hunter at Park Avenue Properties. She has provided me with excellent customer service and has worked very hard to find my family a home. The one my husband and I wanted to rent was already taken. She then went to Britt the Advertisement manager and they found me three homes for me to look at. I was traveling down to North Carolina in a couple of days and they made it possible to me to look at these homes. They knew I wanted to be by my sister and have a fenced yard for my dogs. And they did everything possible to make this happen for me. I would like to "THANK" them for taking the time to make me feel important and caring about my concerns. Thank you Lisa and Britt!!!!!

After renting to college students, my condo was left in very bad shape. Since I live in another state I knew I had to find a rental agency and my neighbor recommended Park Avenue Properties agent Ann Bradford. I contacted her and she became my agent. I cannot begin to tell what she accomplished in my condo. She arranged for all of the contractors to fix up my place plus she and her husband Ray did things beyond what any agent would do. I would recommend this agency and agent to all.

I was left out in the cold when my rental agency in Myrtle Beach went out of business. PAP came to the rescue and Ann Bradford in peticular has been the best person to work with. She keeps me informed, solves any issues and make some very good recommendations. We have now been with PAP for a year and a half and I have to say they do a GREAT job.

Working with Park Avenue has been a great pleasure so far. Everything has been so easy and the people have been wonderful to work with. I booked an appointment online and an agent showed me the property today (which was beautiful and very clean) I loved it so much I called the office and drove directly there to fill out an application. Nicole remembered me and welcomed me into the office and helped me fill out an application. I could not have had a better experience so far. Great company!!

Ann Bradford and her husband have been beyond helpful with the condo that I rent in the Myrtle Beach area. She has provided me with excellent service. I am a single mother and have felt extremely comfortable and safe because of this couple. Any maintenance issues have been handled promptly and with excellent service. Ann has been so helpful, efficient, and sweet to any of my needs. Ann goes above and beyond with communication and service. This is the first positive experience I have had with a property management company and it is no doubt because of the excellent service that Ann and her husband have provided.

Park Avenue Properties has a great team. Ann Bradford manages our rental property in Kiskadee Park in Conway, SC. She has done a fabulous job contacting us about the condition our Condo is being kept and follows up on all issues that come up. She is a great person to work with and recommend her highly.

I moved into my property a couple months ago and my experience with Park Avenue has been good so far. My property manager, Marcus, has been very responsive and the ladies in the office are friendly and helpful.

I'm a homeowner and I had a property with Park Avenue. I've always felt like they were okay with spending your rental income any way they seem fit, even going outside of our signed contract. I would not recommend this company. I need a place that will look after me while at the same time look out for the tenant. This company has policies and rules that are hidden until you get charged for something. I need to know everything up front. Also they have you make a decision before giving you hidden details.

We are relocating from FL to Charlotte, NC. We looked at houses of three local Property Management Companies and Park Avenue "BY FAR" has the best homes, in all areas of Charlotte. Do not waste time looking anywhere else. They properties they manage are clean, up to date, and ready to move in. Nicole, Lisa Hunter, Jan Moore and Shana Crawford are top notch professional Realtor's. We just signed a two year lease and cannot wait for our relocation to Charlotte, NC.
