Terrible my home warranty sent this company to us.My hot water heater stopped heating. They came out 2 weeks ago, and said it was pilot. Sunday the pilot light was out again. On Monday, my husband stayed home from work with out pay I might add. They didn't show up. I called them when I got home. Someone answered the phone and said they would be there in two hours. They didn't show. I called warranty program and they rescheduled the next day. They said owner assured them that they would be there by 9:00. At 9:02 they called and said they were on the way...didnt show up until 11:00...We called and called and called...This is the most unprofessional piece of crap I have ever seen.

This guy is a trifling JOKE. Seriously. The worst.. TERRIBLE experience. Home warranty company put me onto him. He never called, I called him. He agreed to come the next day. I took off from work, he did not arrive nor did he call. I called him AGAIN. He apologized, said he got delayed but would still be coming and would call when he was on the way. "I have your number!" He never called, never came. I would have been without water for the holiday weekend with family visiting if i hadn't been able to get Plumbing Connection to come to the rescue!

Awful Co terriable customer service. My home warranty sent this co out to provide service to me they were awful they came back 5 days later to finish the job and in that the problem got much worse. They never contacted me never answered any of my calls. I would advise not useing this co for anything expecially pools should have known plumbing co but they stated they are certified in pool. They truly do not know what they are doing. They replaced my parts with no name brand cheep parts when i requested the same exact part. i WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS CO EVER FOR ANYTHING. HORRIBLE CO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have never done a review before but felt this was necessary. My home buyer co is very upset and looking into the matter. I know have $100 of dollars worth of damage due to this co. Also reported to BBB.
