Apologies Ideal Image! I previously posted the low score and review in regards to what I perceived to be a contract problem! Not the case at all!! Customer service cleared the matter within a day. Amber handled the matter professionally and promptly! (Thanks Amber!!)

The low score and review was premature. I sincerely apologize and will continue to refer clients. Hair removal is one thing…but successful hair removal and AMAZING customer service is a rarity!!

Ideal Image gets 5 stars!!!

AMAZING!. I have been to two other laser places in Charlotte and I didn't get any results. The only reason I treid Ideal Image was mainly because my co-worker went there and raved about it. I was very hesitant since I had this done twice at other places one was Sona with no results. Now the pricing was a bit more than what I paid but let me tell you it works and you get what you pay for. The all have a medical degree's and very customer friendly. Only if I had chosen them first I would have saved so much money and time. I used their financing since it was interest free as long as it's paid in the interest free period. It's been over two years now and I haven't shaved or had any ingrown hair. My husband loves it! Thank you Katherine for referring me. :)

Couldn't BEEEE any happier!. Ok, so my experience at Ideal Image is TOTALLY different from that last reviewer's. I'd been to quite a few laser hair removal places looking for prices to get my legs done, and Ideal Image was the ONLY one I felt like I could trust. First off, the sales consultant explained everything in DETAIL, and I did not feel pushed into anything. I asked a thousand questions --- and she answered ALL of them thoroughly. They offered me a few payment options, (Care Credit was definitely not one of them!). I ended up financing my treatments through Chase (NO INTEREST for 24 months). Another thing I like is that only nurses/doctors do their treatments. and I pretty much have the same person each time. My legs look airburshed! Seriously. I'm SOOOO happy with my results. It has really changed my life. Ideal Image is the best, hands downnnn! I could kiss dermatologist for recommending them...

Not so Ideal. Went to Ideal Image just looking at prices. I felt pushed into purchasing my treatments. They offered me the option to pay with Care Credit (which is a RIP OFF!!) Care credit has RUINED my credit!!! I pay my payments every month but after the "intorductory" time frame they jacked up the price and im paying double what Ieal Image "quoted" me.

The treatments are PAINFUL and they charge extra on top of what you pay for to get a numbing cream. I can NEVER seem to get an appointment at a time that works with my schedule.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH IDEAL IMAGE!! They aren't that Ideal. :-(

Very pushy sales personnel. I went to a consultation for laser hair removal. She was really pushy. I told her I wanted to do the treatments. She told me that I had to pay for the treatment right then or the price would go up the next day. I told her I needed to transfer funds from one account to another. She actually told me to use her computer and do it right then. I felt very uncomfortable and left. She called me the next day and told me that she was able to extend the price for me one more day. I don't feel comfortable with that type of business
