A great hair experience!. A colleague recommended Planet 21at The Fountains and it was a good find. Multiple talented stylists and colorists there - and the atmosphere is always pleasant. High energy salon with attention to cleanliness and personal service. The staff never fails to offer a beverage, and always keeps the chocolate bowl full!! One of the best surprises has turned out to be the ability to book an appointment at my time of preference with only 1-2 week's notice. I no longer feel like my hair appointments are governing my schedule.

Planet 21. I actually go the one at the Aboretum for my awesome colorist Crystal and to the Arlington location for Daniel who cuts my hair. They are both fantastic and I really enjoy my time with both of them. I do have to say I have been going to Crystal for so long it is like a therapy session when I am with her and I love it!!

friendly and professional. Actually I go to the salon in the Arboretum because of the friendly and professional atmosphere and the best hair cuts ever. Char is not only a great stylist, she makes you feel special......I look forward to my time with Char and Planet 21. Jane

Plannet 21. I love going there...the atmosphere is excellant and the staff is wonderful and polite...Miha does a great cut and is so pleasnat...Calli does my hi lites and she is excellant.....wouldnt go anywhere else...its a greta experience there.....thank you to the staff....

Love Planet 21. My cut with Miha is always fanatastic. She offers great ideas, which isn't always easy with the stick straight , fine hair I have. Wells and Mandy are the best colorists for highlights. I won't go anywhere else! Very fun and upbeat atmosphere. They always offer a soda, water, coffee or wine while getting a service done too :)

Calli the Great (color specialist). Calli is just awesome. I had been light for years and as I aged it was washing me out. She convinced me to go dark and EVERYONE loves it. Thanks Calli, You Rock!

A faithful customer....
My colorist is Maggie and she is very talented, creative, and is consistent with her technique. I have been very pleased with the results everytime I have had her color my hair.
I like the quaintness of the salon and the decor. Planet21 has been my choice on and off for the past 15 years, and I always end up returning there even when I have deviated.
Thanks to Maggie at the Fountains and Laura at the Arboretum for all the professional services!!!

Planet 21 is Awesome. I have been going to this salon for two years and have always received great service. Miha, my stylist, is simply amazing. To keep this short, just go to Planet 21.

Review for Planet 21. I have been to several salons in Charlotte over the years and none compare to Planet 21!. All the colorists and stylists are very professional and courteous. They also have the most innovative products and treatments available. Because of my busy schedule, I sometimes call at the last minute and know that whoever I get will still do an incredible job of either coloring or cutting. I would recommended them to anyone looking for a new salon hands down!!

Mandi and Jen - Great work.
I would have to say after trying a handful of colorist around town I have finally found a GREAT one. Mandi does the best highlights. I have always been happy with the outcome.
I follow up my color with a cut from Jen who is very good and would highly recommend her.
