Best Pediatric Dentistry Office!. We are extremely happy with Dr. Savage. We went to this office on a recommendation from neighbors and have been impressed. My daughter had several areas of concern that needed special attention. Dr. Savage was thorough in looking at the best solution and also thinking about procedures that would be need in the future. I like how they provide an estimate upfront of how much they anticipate it will cost. After we were home, we received a call to see how my daughter was doing and for us to call if we needed anything or had any questions. They really care about their quality of work, that my daughter was feeling fine after the procedure, and making sure I had all of my questions answered. When I told my pediatrician I was going to Laxer Long and Savage, she said they have an excellent reputation so that was good to hear. When I go I always see lots of parents in the waiting room, so that is a good sign they are doing something right. Everyone has always been really nice and helpful.

It's a madhouse !. My son has been going there for ortho. I have been unhappy from the get- go. I should have known not to go there when the dentist kept me waiting at my consultation for over an hour then spent less than 5 minutes with me. The recptionists are super sweet but many of the hygienists have attitudes and my son said they NEVER stop talking to one another. The one was even rude to me when I tried to ask when the braces might come off. I have seen the dentist once the whole 18 months we have been. The hygenists walk the kids back out so you don't even have a chance to ask questions. It's a complete mad house all the time and i have felt like a number since the day i walked in there. It's very overcrowded and trying to get appts. is a nightmare! I never complain and have never written one of these reviews but i left there just so annoyed. When you are spending over 5,000 on orthodontics this is NOT the treatment I deserve. DON"T GO THERE...you will not be happy! I will never recommend them to anyone....I changed dentists for my other 2 sons and cannot believe the difference in service. This is what really led me to believe that Laxer and Long are really only in it for the money!!!
