I MOVED TO CHARLOTTE ABOUT 2 YRS AGO, AND BEEN BOUNCING FROM CHAIR TO CHAIR SALON TO SOLON. Not anymore i found Michael and Marty both are so fun friendly and very stylish.I told them what i wanted and they did exactly what i asked for but they also recommended a few things and i was too scared but now that i am home i wish did now i want to go back and get some low lights Marty is a master colorist and Michael is a master stylist i couldn't I didn't have to refer my friends that all haven't stopped talking about how great i look now . Thank you both for such a great job P.S. the two of them are HOT also

I used to frequent this place to get facials and pedicures. They seemed to go through some overall changes over the winter, and the new manager/front desk person/whoever just made the whole thing worse. She was always so rude, and honestly, rather stupid. It was nicer when everyone was more laid-back and friendly rather than this new, snooty, we-only-cater-to-the-rich attitude took over. Anyway, after my favorite esthetician left, it just wasn't worth it. I tried another esthetician, and she was terrible. Young and not too bright -- I didn't trust her with my skin, and she was very pushy and seemed irritated I didn't purchase anything. And, even though I tried to find out, no one will tell me where "A" went to work -- apparently there is some big no-compete clause with all the employees and owners (I overheard it being discussed in the nail room). While some of the employees are very sweet and talented, some others are just snobby and mean. I won't be back, and I hope the good employees who are there get out while they still can -- I see it going down hill fast!
Pros: Nice, large place
Cons: My fav facialist is gone and the management is snooty
