Hi all, I was hesitant about trying out a new groomer after reading one really unkind review. However, my long-haired doxie was VERY overdue for a grooming. I called the owner and asked a few important questions, which were answered very nicely and patiently.

Since my dog has severe anxiety and aggression, the ower suggested that I bring my dog in later after the other dogs had arrived for the morning, and so I did. I was SO pleasantly surprised when I received a call to pickup my dog after only 3 hours!

My dog came out perfectly groomed, w/o any nicks or scratches, and every nail was perfect trimmed.

I have never had such a great experience and I greatly appreciate the service and love my dog and I were given. THanks Heather for a job well done!

Verry great service for a Shetlandsheep dog

I think this is a great place. I dont know what people are saying about poor service. My dog was treated with nothing but care.. he gets nervous during grooming but they did verry nicely. they cut him perfectly and not too close like other vets and groomers have done. They did an excelent job when i just wanted him to get trimmed and nails cut. He is a long haired dog so i know it must have been a pain but they did really well. They called when they were finished with him and I will deffinately return...

Bath gone very wrong!!!!!!!! Please read before going there

First time at this place & will never take my dog back. I took my "cavalier king charles spaniel" in for a simple wash, brush, feet trim. I specifically wrote down instructions: bruch, wash, trim nails, trim feet hair (only).

They cut my poor dogs ears... straight across. He looks like a girl dog. I have never cut his ears, as they are supposed to grow long and were just reaching that point.

The worst.... when I got him home, I saw bloody paws on the floor. When I looked under his paw.... they had cut the bottom of his feet so tight that he was bleeding from every paw. I cried & cried.

How can any groomer who knows what they are doing to this to a poor little puppy.

I am on my way to show the owner right now. This is the most terrible thing I've ever witnessed and I feel so horrible that I took my puppy to this place.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! It's apparant that the groomers have no former training. From this point on... I will be the only one grooming my dog b/c I would never want this experience to ever happen again.

THIS IS SIMPLY WRONG!!!!!!!!!!
