Charlotte's Best Photography. I have been going to OUR HERITAGE for 7 years. They have the best employees that will work with children. They have the best prices and oil paintings. They did my engagement, wedding and family pictures. Going their is like reuniting with family.

Our Heritage Studio is Family. Our hertiage has wonderful people that are so loving to my family i have a 5 year old and she thinks of everyone as family we take photos no where else... i would refer everyone across the world to take their family there... they did a photo to keep the memory of my close friend son when the photo was done everyone thought he actual took that photo with the family he is decease... so i would trust them with any of my photos to be done.....

Finally Canadian Passport Shot Right. After trying several places for our Canadian passport pictures, I called the Canadian Consulate. I was referred to Tom at Our Heritage Studio. He was a joy to work with and had all 4 of our family's passport pictures ready in less than 15 minutes. We came back for our family pictures Saturday. These are the best pictures we have ever had made! This little studio exceeded our expectations in every aspect!

Like Visiting Grandma's House. Most photography places are high pressure sales retail establishments, but when I visited Our Heritage Studio I felt immediately at home in a family atmosphere that was all about people and making them smile. They are just plain great at creating unique pictures with natural smiles that sell themselves. At no time did I feel pressured and left there feeling as if I had gone to visit grandma's house. We even got a lollipop! The entire staff seemed to pitch in so that our pictures were perfect. We left ,looking forward to our next visit.

Rude Owner. Had my Canadian passport pic taken. They claim be experts ("never had a passport rejected'). The picture they took did not the specs and I had to drive 50 minutes round trip (again) to have it corrected. Had I trusted them and sent the passport applicatiion in it would have been rejected and cost me months.

I spoke with the owner and he confirmed that it was their mistake, but refused to provide any credit for my inconvenience. He was quite rude.

If there is a problem with your pictures, don't expect this place to work with you.

The studio was a mess. Environment was more appropriate for mug shots than professional photos!

TERRIFIC IN EVERY ASPECT!!!!. My first experience was a pleasant one. I provided Our Heritage Studio with a 5" x 5" flawed 40-year old snapshot to be enlarged. The finished product was gorgeous. They helped select frame and framed it while I waited. The lobby was wall-to-wall people, however, the staff was calm and extremely pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

Great service for the price. They accomplished the impossible, getting a picture of my three dogs, and my baby all looking to the camera, it took them more than an hour to do this, and they stayed open afterhours, without charging extra, we are coming back for my baby first year pictures.
