No money for SECURITY but tons of money for landscaping

There is no security at all at the complex, thieves come and go as if they own the place. Management doesn't care about residents or they security. Instead of building a gate at the entrance for security, they replaced the sign with a big and expensive brick and stone one, they've spent money on unnecessary landscaping just to make the complex "look better". There is supposed to be a courtesy officer on site, but when a problem arises, the officer never shows up, he will probably call the next day or just won't call at all....When management was suggested to install security gates, they stated that there is no money to spend..... To replace one burned out bulb at the mail boxes, they had to call Duke Power to do it and waited for over two months.....
