Their complimentary crossiants are delicious and unique only to Raffertys! Salads are always fresh. I recommend a caesar with salmon added! The Charlotte location far exceeds the one in Atlanta (Kennesaw).
- Pros: Great Service: Wait Staff checks on ALL tables @ all times!
- Cons: Service can sometimes be slow @ lunch; it varies.
Expanding Chain restaurant Concept - Average

This was a business lunch with a total of 6 guests. Service was good. Waitress was working hard to please us. She went somewhat overboard with the ice tea refills. I had only sipped a quarter of my tea when another glass showed up. I guess they wanted me to hurry up and check out the bathroom. Food ranged from good to just okay. I had the BBQ pork sandwich. They need to take this up a notch partcularly in NC where there are some serious BBQ joints to compete with. Overall average meal, nice atmosphere. Not bad for lunch, not sure I would drop the $$ for dinner.
- Pros: In and Out Quickly for Lunch
- Cons: Average food quality
Not what they used to be...

This restaurant used to be comparable to Harper?s, but the atmosphere of the management and some of the staff is now a bit ?off?. A forced type of friendliness that is not very genuine. The food is still good?except the burgers. Somehow, they ruin a delicious Angus beef burger with a seasoning salt that makes it taste like it took a tour through their dishwasher ? bleck! For the price that they charge (high even for lunch) with mediocre food and ?customer service with a jaded smile?, there are so many other alternative tasty and delicious places in the Charlotte area to dine. I hope that a change in management or management style may save this place; otherwise, it is a sinking ship.
- Pros: Smells great and atmosphere is still nice.
- Cons: The burgers.
